This isn't a restaurant, it is a building with 25 restaurants. They are mostly small, most of them large booths. As you pass each one, the chefs will try to entice you in. Take your time and look around. Don't be afraid to sit at one that has no customers. The owners will give you special attention. Once you sit down, others will follow. Business promotes business they say. Ask to take pictures, they will usually happily say yes. We had a nice conversation with the chef who spoke pretty good English. They cook your meal teppan table style in front of you. We asked the chef and he explained each ingredient as he added it. Many of the locals were cooking their own.Smoking alert - there was smoking at some of the booths. We found one away from the smokers and didn't have a problem.Tip for nonsmokers - when you walk in a restaurant, if you smell smoke, just politely say nonsmoking and leave. Look for ashtrays on the table before you sit down. If there are ashtrays on the table, keep in mind that someone may sit down next to you and light up. We saw a man in one restaurant smoking while eating! Don't be rude to them, it's their custom.
