Decent home style Japanese cooking not fine dining. For $12 you get a fried pork cutlet , grilled fish, curried potato croquette, fried surimi, salad, miso soup with bits of tofu, onions and potato, and rice. Free tea. Nice modern interiors. Difficult parking. Cheaper than McDonalds.

We've eaten at nearly 10 sushi places in the SF Bay peninsula and Naomi Sushi, despite its small size (there are only ~10 small tables with a bar facing the chefs, seating 6-8) is possibly the best in terms of fish freshness/quality and size of the sashimi and nigiri. Most Japanese restaurants in SF Bay area have only one sushi chef making all the sashimi, nigiri and sushi, but Naomi has 3 and they are kept busy. We highly recommend their fresh appetizers (especially miso-glazed black cod), Omakase (chef's creation of nigiri), and seared bonito sashimi (raw on the inside). The color, frweshness and size of the cuts of fish were bigger than many Japanese sushi restaurants I've had anywhere. Their tempura and grilled white fish was so-so. Expect to pay at least $50 per head for a sushi meal here for the quality of their sushi/sashimi.

Excellent! Arrive early! We arrived at 11:15 for lunch and there was a line. We were seated at 11:25. You are greeted at the entrance and an employee reviews the ramen choices. All choices were throughly explained by the greeter. Itâs a small restaurant with BIG Japanese flavors. Itâs excellent and we will return for more. Ramen Nagi was also voted as one of best restaurants.

It is a small place, which can be quite crowded in the weekend, but it is worth it. Good quality sushi with an authentic touch, quick service and not extremely expensive. Perfect for small groups. Will definitely return
