Higo Sushi has added Peruvian meals to its' menu, but the sushi and the tempura keep us coming back. A full meal includes salad and Miso soup...The salad is 'a salad' but the Miso is as good as I've had in Japan.We each had the Tempura and it was made to perfection.

The sashimi plates may seem a bit pricey. But it's served Korean style (meaning bunch of side dishes come with it). Along with the fat slices of sashimi (good quality), you get squid sashimi, and various salads and seafood that come with it. Service was excellent and there are also individual Korean style meals available.
