We both ordered steaks, they were excellent. The experience was let down somewhat by the chef not interacting really, maybe he was not confident in English tho so not worth complaining about. We had a rare steak and a well done, both were cooked to perfection. The vegetables were very tasty. I would have expected the jasmine tea to be loose leaf tea and not a tea bag, that was a shame.Alcohol is expensive. The only Japanese Restaurant in a five-star hotel in the city, Nagisa's reputation for quality food and exceptional service is well-deserved.
We came for lunch. Buffet. Porkless dim sum was not delicious and those who are not used to it may want to pass. Buffet had little choice and concept is confused or confusing. Staff very good. Lunch concept at this place requires a re jig.
