Kortenberg (Dutch pronunciation: [ˈkɔrtə(m)bɛr(ə)x]) is a Belgian municipality located in the province of Flemish Brabant, about halfway between the cities of Brussels and Leuven. The municipality comprises the subdivisions or deelgemeenten of Erps-Kwerps, Everberg, Kortenberg proper and Meerbeek. On January 1, 2013 Kortenberg had a total population of 19,393. The total area is 34.52 km² which gives a population density of about 562 inhabitants per km². In the southern part of Everberg there is also a hamlet called Vrebos, while between Erps-Kwerps and Meerbeek there is another hamlet called Schoonaarde, which can be found in the proximity of the train station of Erps-Kwerps.

Went here two weeks ago because this is the first sushi place in Kortenberg and I love to eat sushi and japanese food.I was the first that noon and the welcome was friendly.It took them 30 minutes to prepare the sushi/sashimi combo, and it was worth the wait.Very tasty sushi and a good mix. One of the best sushi places I've been to and it is nearby so they will see me a lot.Price is a bit more expensive but the quality is very good.I will return.

Small restaurant offering soups and a few side dishes. Nothing fancy but a great spot for a quick and tasty lunch.Iâve now tried all the different ramen and they are all excellent. I think my favourite is the Kara miso which is a bit spicy!

Sushibar with some other possibilitys (ramen,dim Sims,...)tot eat. A bit more expensive dan a average restaurant.
