I found Asian Bistro after I was really disappointed at Pin Wei in this area. Asian Bistro is really my style Chinese food. I tried several different menus here and I enjoyed all of them. It is strange that I don't see many customers in this good restaurant whenever I dined here.

We were excited to see a Ramen restaurant in the suburbs â this one is located in the KOP mall. It also has the Tsaocaa tea combined with Qu Japan. So you get to eat Ramen while enjoying your bubble tea. The Qu signature ramen bowl was good â has a kick to it though. Takoyaki was delicious! They even had the Hk-style Eggette on the dessert menu, which is supposedly a beloved dessert for HK children â you need to eat it while itâs still hot and crunchy. Great addition to the KOP mall â a quick Ramen fix if we need it without driving into the city.
So besides taking 20 minutes to find this place, and parking, its an interesting new place inside the ground floor of a 20 floor condo. There's very little parking out front. We were the only people inside this evening. This is convenient if you live upstairs or in an adjoining building for take out. It is a chinese (American) and sushi menu. We got bbq spare ribs and asked for (a spicy) chicken dish but I think they charged us for another. The food came out microwave fast, so that wasnt a good start. Ribs were not tender and some of them were overcooked to dry. The chiken dish was rated spicy but it wasnt really at all. The presliced chicken came with fresh vegetables, sliced large and was tasty. We needed more rice and were charged for a second serving, the initial is kinda small. The place is clean and it seemed like a mom-pop shop with a daughter as waitress. I hope the rent is cheap since its a bit out of the way until they grow a clientele. The sushi might be good but its not my thing. I'd say give it a shot but stick with something safe first bet. We'll give 'em another shot and sample other items.

I breezed the KOP food court and Megumi was the winner, mostly because it was something a bit different from the usual food court cuisine. My plate of chicken teriyaki (the daily special) was quite large, and the chicken was a bit crispy (no breading!) and right off the grill. Service was quick, and the price was okay. Nothing gourmet here, but a decent plate of hot food. It gets a fourth star only on the "food court" scale. Compared to anything but a fast food spot, it would barely get a third star.
