Authentic Japanese and Korean restaurant.
Really great vegan food here. They have a separate menu, so don't forget to ask for it. It's quite a comprehensive menu, so you'll have a lot to choose from. Be good for a few new items to be added though as it has been the same for a while. Also, the service is brilliant. All so friendly and knowledgeable

Inspired by fast-paced japanese ramen bars, wagamama offers a range of fresh, healthy dishes including ramen, donburi, teppanyaki, curries, salads and juices. wagamama encourages guests to share in their enthusiasm, slurp on noodles, relax in good company
Fairly standard Wagamama. Reasonable menu choice, including for vegetarians. Good friendly quick service. Nice decor, clean, spacious. Food perfectly ok, not excellent. Never seems to have as much flavour as similar dishes in some other restaurants. I donât know why. Decent value. I am happy to eat in any Wagamama but I always check to see if there is a good independent Asian restaurant alternative to use instead. hi there, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. we are so pleased to hear that you are a fan of the options on our menu + your feedback is very important to us! hopefully we will be seeing you again in the future

Mizu Noodle Bars is an independent and local business with two branches in Ipswich and Brentwood. The business is owned and run by the Wing Cheung family, which has a 50 year history of running good quality Asian restaurants, including the national award
Monday lunchtime (22nd July 2019) met up with my friend at mizu for a catch up. We both have been to this place before and it has been alright but this time has left me feeling so ill and in the heat wave we are having right now it is horrible! I ordered a coke which was flat. The waiters/waitresses were not the happiest at all they were grumpy and came across quite rude! I ordered the chicken in black bean sauce noodles (34c) and literally 5mins later mine and my friends meals arrived. I remember thinking to myself âwow that came quickâ but it obviously wasnât cooked fresh and tasted like it was cooked the day before, which make sense as it was the weekend and was more likely to be leftovers from the weekend! I couldnât even stir the noodles etc because they were all stuck together like the meal had been pre heated, I just ate about a quarter of the meal not even that. Later that evening I started to feel really ill sickness etc and yesterday morning woke up to sickness, diarrhoea, stomach cramps etc throughout the day, only to realise it was food poisoning. (24th July 2019) still have it as itâll take about a week to go away and itâs not looking good. All I can say is stay away! If only I said something at the time so I wouldnât have to had paid for that meal I regret. Not going back again.Dear Amelialouise76 We are sorry that you've been ill and wish you a speedy recovery, but I am happy to clarify the following facts. We cook everything from scratch using fresh ingredients daily. In Chinese and Pan Asian cooking there is rarely this thing of "left overs" as we can cook precise portions in a wok. Secondly, you have complained about the speed of cooking but a flaming hot wok really does cook chicken that quickly! Our policy is always to exchange anything a customer dislikes. If you'd mentioned the coke tasting flat to you, we'd have poured a fresh glass. If you'd stated that you disliked anything about your meal, you only had to say at the time and our staff would have exchange it. We never want a customer to leave feeling less than happy. We are somewhat puzzled as to how your review went live here on Trip Advisor on 23rd July (a day before you "realise it was food poisoning") on 24th July? No other staff or customers on any of those dates had any complaints or issues, having eaten the same ingredients as you? We are proud to have gained a 5 star food hygiene rating and work tirelessly to maintain that (you can see evidence of this online via Food Standards Agency), so we take any allegations of food poisoning very seriously indeed. Again, we wish you a speedy recovery but are confident that any illness you have suffered was not food poisoning caused by our business.
