The service is superb here, friendly, efficient, without being too obtrusive. The sushi isn't classic, but is Japanese with a European influence. It is great! Really very good. The other items on the menu are well thought through and tasty.If you're looking for a quiet meal for two then don't venture in here on a Friday or Saturday evening, it is busy, busy, busy and LOUD, as it seems to be the place to hang out in Isernhagen. But, this isn't a problem if you're after a night out, rather than a quiet restaurant experience.

I paid Sushi-Do a visit on a business trip and the word "Excellence" is not enough to describle the quality of every piece of sushi I had.This was by far the freshest fish I ever had the pleasure of. That in combination with what Iwould call the perfect rice just made my evening.Such a small place, only five small tables. But this does not mean a thing. Don't expect flashiness - just expect the best of the best sushi!A++++ grades

I had read about how great this place was. I think it is particularly good value for money but what is actually served was not overly exciting. The sushi was definitely fresh and the salmon sashimi was a delicious in flavor but not cut for sashimi- it was obviously already sliced up for making Nigiris; that also explains the lack of traditional presentation of this dish. If you are only looking for a small portion of lunch the 12-14 pc lunch mix for between Euro 6.90-8.90 are good options. Eating á la carte is not a whole lot more quantity for quantity. Would I go again? Only maybe
