Things to do in Fuji
This is a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant. The sushis (2 pieces) are only 108 per plate. And very delicious! There is a wide variety to choose from. They will all pass on the belt, but you don't have to wait for the chance that they will come pass... you can order them on a touch screen and you will be notified when the dish comes. After you have finished eating, you will have go press a button and put all your dishes in the machine, which counts how many you have eaten. Then you will need to pay in the front. This is not only very tasty, but also a very fun and typical Japanese way of dining!

I have experienced the restaurant several times with friends, customers and family. The counter is really nice when you are alone or two people, you can see the food and talk to the owner or other staff. The restaurant area is separated from the counter area and has room for groups up to 20 people, a great place for family or friends parties. The atmosphere is typical Japanese. The service is very good and there is an English menu. They also deliver. About the taste, my kids always fight about each piece of sushi.
Their main fare is fried pork cutlet served with a variety of pickles and chopped cabbage with free refills on the cabbage. Before the pork cutlet arrives, theyâll give you a bowl with ridges on the inner side and sesame seeds that you grind to a fine powdery consistency or not (i.e., up to you). Thereâs several choices of sauces which you pour into the bowl of sesame seeds and youâll use this to dip the fried pork cutlet. I also pour the sauce over the cabbage. Rice & miso soup are also available. They also have fried oysters & shrimp as well as non-fried cuisine. Free onsite parking is available. The restaurant is located on Hwy 414 between Fujinomiya & Fuji City. Note: this is a very popular restaurant and it will get crowded around noon.
This is the best pork I had in Japan. I had tried many deep fried pork in Japan, there are few in Tokyo can compete with this store but the price is double or triple. This shop is value for money and you should place a visit! The deep fried oyster is so surprisingly good!

As you enter, you remove your shoes and place them in the rack provided. Kind of a noisy, fun place with patrons shouting to the staff (Sumisen!) to get service and all of the staff answering HAI! almost in unison. It seems that unless you call the staff they generally will leave you alone--they don't want to bother you!English is not really spoken here. When I visited there was one staff member who spoke just enoughEnglish that I got a fvery nice meal of tempura fish/veg. If you don't speak Japanese, just go with the flow, it's all part of the experience. They have some rooms and a counter where you sit on mats on the floor and other regular tables & chairs. A fun place for a group of friends to eat & drink!

This shop is played by the fisheries cooperative union of Takonoura harber in Fuji-city. You can enjoy anchovy rice at there. Of course, the anchovies are catched from Suruga bay. Access time is important to enjoy fresh anchovies. The price spread from 650 jpy to about 1050 jpy. And you can enjoy the fishing in outside of shop. :)
