Il posto è ampio ed i tavoli a buona distanza tra loro. La qualità del pesce è buona, il servizio è coerente per il tipo di ristorante ed i prezzi sebbene lievemente alti sono sostanzialmente corretti. Ho trovato però non molta capacità nel lavorare il pesce, nel senso che un locale che ha delle pretese di livello dovrebbe, a mio giudizio, puntare anche su qualcosa di innovativo nei sapori, altrimenti la differenza con posti meno accattivanti ma meno costosi si riduce sensibilmente. Comunque buona esperienza

As a person who traveled China and eats Chinese around the globe, this restaurant cannot match the quality of home made food. Having said that, this is a very safe bet for anyone who want to eat Chinese or Asian, ask them some traditional and genuine choice. Decor is excellent for the area. Prices fair.

I have been here two times during my holidays, for an aperitive and for dinner. It was simply the best experience I have ever tasted in the Frosinone area and not only. UMAMI is not only "having dinner", it's a real food experience that you can find only in more well-known cities. If you want to taste quality food and especially quality sushi, you have absolutely to come here, you won't regret it! More, the location and the ambience in the restaurant are awesome, such as the staff (very well prepared to fulfil all your needs and to advise you on everything in order to have a memorable experience). Last but not least, I loved the variety of wines among you can choose, all high quality, and also the cocktails are very well done.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Umami. It's can seem quite expensive, but the price is more than reasonable taken into account the quality of the ingredients, the location and the preparation of the staff. If you prefer quality instead of quantity, well, it's the right place for you! Hope to see you soon guys and all the best! Sono stata a cena con un'amica per provare questo nuovo sushi restaurant a Frosinone. Il locale è carino ed accogliente. La mise en place particolare ed in armonia con il locale. Il servizio cortesissimo, disponibile, attento ma mai invadente. Abbiamo mangiato il sushi in tutte le varianti usufruendo dell'All you can eat... tutto ottimo con differenti variazioni e impiattamenti perfetti. Il prezzo molto buono. Carta dei vini discreta. Ci tornerò!
