Took a while for someone to take my drink order and when they finally arrived I decided to order everything right away. Big mistake...dinner showed up first before sushi. Not sure what that was all about. Then to top it off they couldnât take my company amx card. Said they canât take amx cards from anyone for a couple more days. Should had known better...Fremont is very limited and I chose the wrong place. The food was pretty good. I did get some yellowtail sushi that I thought was very fresh. Just not a fun experience. Although I'm glad you had a good meal with us, I'm sorry to hear it wasn't the most impressive experience this time around. We ordered AMEX processing more than a week ago for our new POS system, still hasnât arrived. I'll keep your feedback in mind about our service, and I hope you'll give us another shot someday soon. Miki Bistro knows how to do it right. The fish is always fresh and they usually have a unique assortment not found in most local sushi restaurants. Fresh uni, kampachi, aji and toro are just a few. The Gyoza are home made and not to be missed. The atmosphere is casual and the food is reasonably priced.

Excellent food and fantastic service. I was pleased with everything. Chicken katsu was very good. Tempura platter was outstanding. Tuna roll was fresh and very tasty. California roll met expectations. Dining room was immaculately clean. And server could not have been more friendly.This Place does not have the best curb appeal. It's located in an old, 1980s looking strip mall. But inside it is very modern and well-appointed. Parking is convenient.Only bit of constructive criticism, work a little harder on the bathroom. I would definitely come back here.

I have spent many years in Japan and Yuki's is still one of the best Japanese restaurants I have every sampled. Now under new owner, the kitchen remains excellent. However, Yosi, the new Sushi Chef, is an artist and an amazingly accomplished "Master Chef". His creations are extraordinary, some of which I never seen anywhere else, including Japan. He make many of his own sauces. If your looking for a first class Japanese experience that's an exceptional value, Yuki's is the place.

Normally, I write reviews from other places I've visited but never have I decided to write one that's most closest to me! Sushi Tango deserves more recognition!!! It has to be one of my favorite places in the bay area for their fresh quality and wonderful service.Both lunch and dinner are great but I can give you more input on what I like the best here :)For lunch, they offer a two item or three item bento boxes with a good selection of options to choose from. My personal favorite would have to be 3 item box with chicken teriyaki, sashimi, and tempura! As for sushi, you can never go wrong with any of the rolls! My personal favorites are the Sexy Lady and Lion King. Dinner is a little different with the teriyaki dinners coming out on a hot plate! YUMMM If you have any large groups, parties, or even family dinners, they can definitely accommodate :)

We returned for a Friday night meal on New Years weekend. We shared a large saki and they also brought out complementary edamane.For our appetizers we shared sashimi as well as shrimp and vegetable tempura appetizers.We had their specialty Volcano Roll which was good.For our main, we shared their salmon with rice.Overall food was tasty and filling.Since its been a busy week, staff seemed a bit tired and slow tonight - its understandable given the very busy week of holiday dining.The restaurant decor is upscale. There is a nice bar area as well.Christmas tree was up as well as other holiday decorations

We've been using this family Sushi shop for over 10 years now. They have a rabid fan base and it is always top notch preparation for their dishes. It's small inside, reminding me very much of an authentic Japanese restaurant. Parking really is tough around dinner hour because of the small lot and several food shops in the strip mall. I would not try to go there on a Friday or Saturday evening as your first visit. Although they are very attentive and accommodating, the size makes it hard to enjoy the true ambiance of a nice family shop. Otherwise, the sushi itself is a really good take out option. On busy nights, It might be helpful if someone can drop you off long enough to pick up your take out order and just drive around until you re-emerge with you feast.

My husband and I have tried several sushi establishments in the Tri-City area, and Satomi is our go-to place.They have 2 locations, one on Thornton and one on Mowry. The Mowry location is the better if the two, we think. They are always busy on weekends and come prepare to wait a while. Tables do move fairly quick.The service is very hit or miss, your food may come out in bizarre order, they may even mess up your order, but their fish is always fresh here. They do have some specials from time to time, so do ask the servers. However, don't expect them to know the prices of those specials. It is a family and kids friendly place, with fresh fish and plenty of cooked items to choose from for those who are not a fan of raw stuff.

I have eaten here before but I was quite disappointed today. My biggest concern was that the rice was not properly cooked. It had been made with too much water and was gooey. I actually like eating plain j-rice but this rice was just no good. That carried over into the sushi that my wife had (california roll from the bento) which was also gooey. It was also very irregular in shape (square ones and round ones, medium sized one and large ones) that I seriously wonder about the skill of the sushi chef. The tempura was not crisp. It appeared that it had been put into oil that was not hot enough and so absorbed oil into the food. Tonkatsu was very crisp. In fact it was so crisp that when they cut it, the breading fell off of the pork and it ended up with about half of the breading just lying on top op the pork. All in all, not a good effort.
