As always the rolls were deliciousMy friend doesn't care for seaweed so we asked for soy wrap for a couple of rolls. I was unpleasantly surprised when we were charged $2 extra dollars for 2 different rolls that were each over $15.00 already

The waitress was very nice as usual. The service, fast and efficient. We ordered salmon bento boxes. The vegetable tempura was'nt fresh. Brown spots on the broccoli were not disguised by the deep fried batter. The salmon portion was very small and thin. Neither Wasabi nor a pickled garnish was served with the bentos. Portions and quality have decreased while prices have increased. Almost every seat cushion on the chairs in the restaurant were torn. The chair rails were shabby with chipped paint running the length of them. This restaurant needs to use fresher ingredients and a decor upgrade.

My husband and I decided to give Tokyo Sushi a whirl the other night. It has been in Folsom as long as I have been around but for some reason I have been hesitant to try it. Let me tell you I have been missing out. It is a small place and wasn't crowded. There were probably about 8 people all at the bar, so we sat at a table. Received prompt service from our server who was so nice. Ordered 3 rolls. The annie, dragon, and the Paul-San. All tasted delicious. They cut the pieces small which is nice cause it makes it easier to chew:) We also ordered a pitcher of Kirian which only cost $5.95. That is a great deal!! We are definitely going to go back!!

We arrived at 6:00pm on a Tuesday and there was only one table left in the restaurant. I did not realize Blue Nami was so popular. The sushi and the bento boxes were fine but nothing special. The miso soup was really good. Usually miso soup is so salty that I don't care for it. They poured their wines generously and our service was good.

It has great staff, good drink options and quality hibachi chefs. Combine that with relatively moderate prices compared to other hibachi restaurants, youâve got a winner. Great scallops with a perfect sear paired with juicy filet mignon and fried rice is sure to please everyone. Add entertainment and a cheerful time with family and no one loses.

We haven't been to this location in quite some time. We went back last Friday to see what was happening. Pretty busy, as expected since it was late afternoon on that Friday. We were seated right away though and met up with our server, Jordan pretty quickly. Super friendly. She took our drink order and offered up a few excuses for the slow process at the bar. The Vodka Martini was good if not as dirty as requested. That improved with the second. The Chalk Hill is always a good Chard to fall back on at a restaurant if they offer it. They did. It was good. I had the Ginger Pork- something newer on the menu. Great choice, it was! The other half had oysters until I thought I could see a shell forming around him. HA! He had the "incredible", this was made with spicy tuna, panko shrimp, tuna, avocado, sauce, torched, masago and onion. Yup, incredible. Along with Freaky brussels sprouts and we were stuffed. A really good meal and worth every cent.
