Jo Anâs is bizarre in that you can get this amazing and authentic Japanese restaurant on the bottom floor of a seemingly random office building near the airport. Being in town on business, I have no idea how Jo Anâs fits in the greater community, but itâs a heck of a restaurant with legit sushi.

We stayed nearby for an early departure the following morning at CVG and ate here based on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Cincinnati. We live a little over an hour away but we will go back soon. The best sushi experience Iâve had within a few hours of here.

This is a small contemporary Korean restaurant in Erlanger, northern Kentucky right off I75 before getting to Cincinnati. We had both the chapchai glass noodles and the taeji bulkogi spicy pork. Outstanding flavor and very reasonably priced. We also were given miso soup on entering but added 2 sushi rolls of about 40 offered as appetizers and they had us forget the traditional Korean side dishes. California and Crunchy rolls were right on target.

MIYAKO Sushi & Steakhouse: we invite you to experience the premier Japanese dining, MIYAKO provides you with a broad and exotic variety of Japanese foods, including fresh Sushi and Hibachi Grill.
Tonight, this was an unusually fun experience. The food is always good here. The hibachi chefs can put on a show as they go thru the food preparation. But tonight we had an exceptionally funny chef named "Bruce....... last name, Lee". He took the time to learn all of the names of the people around the grille, and remembered them throat the preparation. He really took his time with the food, and it seemed to come out better than normal. He also made the saki gulp and the long distance cucumber flip a lot of fun too. Www come here frequently and I can highly recommend it as a nice change of pace. Ample parking. Hint: get here early if possible because they do fill up. Highly recommended.

Stopped for a dinner with my teenage son while traveling. Service was fast and efficient. The food was good quality, it just lacked the flavor that we are used to. The miso soup was good. The ginger dressing for the salad was bland. The hibachi chicken had a sauce which is not how it usually comes when I order it. The shrimp sauce was very thin. Obviously, many people gave this place great reviews, it just wasn't what we're used to.
