Very creative Asian fusion food served in a Bohemian vibe setting. Great invigorating juices (even if they ran out of mint and basil) and wonderful sushi and ceviche. The place hit the spot for two over-heated travelers on a hot afternoon.

A rooftop restaurant with breath-taking sunset view and fresh authentic sushi. We work with local fishermen to find the best and freshest ingredients to serve to our customers. With Japanese hospitality standard, we are ready to serve everyone with a humb
We thought that it would be wise to book a table for evening in the place #2 in Labuan Bajo but it was empty at 7 p.m. We were the only customers! The food was okay but nothing special. Tempura was fried in a dough but not in the one with crumbles as it should be. The salad with salmon and tube was also OK. Unfortunately, no wine selection, only local Indonesian - either in a pack or by bottle (550.000 IDR).

HONZEN Komodo is the third branch of HONZEN after HONZEN Bali and HONZEN Jakarta which all are located inside AYANA Hotel & Resort. HONZEN has been serving millions of Japanese cuisines enthusiasts from many part of the world. We are ready to welcome you
HonZen has a good variety of food. Their attention to detail was a good show in it self.. put your self seated at the sushi table and you will see the chefs working their magic. Oh.. if you want to order the double beef roll, make sure you tell them to have less cheese, when we order it last time, it got too much cheese that we can barely taste the meat. But everything else was nice. I havenât had sushi for sometime mind you, but a friend of mind who lived in Bali said it is even better than the ones in Bali.Dear Mr. Stefanus, Greeting from HONZEN Komodo and KAWANO GROUPThank you very much for your very kind visit and amazing reviewWe will also forward your message to our sushi chefWe hope to serve you again anytime soonBest regards.
