Worst Japanese food ever!! Upon entering the restaurant, adjacent to the YiHe Hotel and below, I asked to have my food prepared before me--at the table where I was sitting there is a grill. The waitress understood English very well, and was quite polite, but my food was prepared elsewhere. The grill in front of me was never even turned on. My Y498 rmb set dinner was very horrible tasting. The steak was fresh from the freezer, and not cooked!! It was like biting into an ice cube. The set consisted of a salad, small sashimi, small soup, small steak (not 180g), and 2 clams, a few broccoli, and small chicken and fried rice (the rice was saturated in soy sauce and very salty). What a rip-off! The dishes were slow to be cooked as the chef from another table was very busy. My dishes would come every 15-20 minutes, and it took 2 hours to eat by myself. When I complained, the owners said that they knew that I received poor service and very bad food, but they did not care. They offered to only let me pay Y200 next time, but I told them there would be NO next-time. I don't feel well and regret having been such a good customer of this restaurant for so many years. I will never recommend them again!
