I was pleasantly surprised by Yama-Q - the food was absolutely delicious. You could drive by and miss it, it's teeny tiny but adorable inside and has a great bar which was a pretty recent update. Great sake list and very extensive menu. Food was very good, fresh and well presented.

My once favorite restaurant in the Hamptons has as other reviews below have stated changed, not for the better.Service is hardly existent and the food is very mediocre.Their famous chicken salad has become tasteless, hand roll had hardly anything in it. The waitress we had seems like she needs to have some training. Sadly I wonât be back.

For a special occasion broke down and decided to go here. Normally we wouldn't try sushi this far away from a metro area.Very wide assortment of sakis. House generic one good quality.Decent shu mai type app, silken skin. We had sushi assortment, sashimi assortment.
