Osaka Japanese Fusion Restaurant

On my previous trip to Bonaire I went two times to eat at Osaka. But I’ve been here more then a dozen times. They prepare the rolls with passion. Together with some fresh local fish, they create outstanding sushi. I never tried their teppanyaki, but i’m sure that would be a delicious as well. Not to forget the nice and friendly service. Keep up the good work! See you next time on my trip to Bonaire.

When we arrived at Bonaire, we got lost trying to find our accommodation. We ended up here asking for directions and a glass of wine, (or two?). The staff were great at helping us to find our way. Before we left Bonaire, we visited once again for lunch and had some great fried chicken and salad. Great staff, good location and plenty of street parking.Dear Doooglas, Thank you for the nice review. Besides fried chicken and coleslaw, we have a lot more. So when you come back try our fantastic ham or cheeseburgers, or on Wednesday evening our Indonesian (oriental fried rice) Nassie Goreng. On Thursday for lunch we serve a great Surinamese rice table. Which is a fusion between Indian and Javanese.Always here to serve you, from 7 am till 10 pm. From Monday till Saturday. Sunday we are only open for breakfast, from 7:30 till 12:00 pm.

My wife and myself walked over from the Sand Dollar for dinner. We were seated promptly in the pleasantly decorated inside dining area. The server was very attentive, and polite. The menu is quite extensive, and ranges from sushi to steak. My wife greatly enjoyed her dinner of Teriyaki Shrimp and I was very pleased with the seafood pasta. We both enjoyed a glass of with our meal, and the server made sure our water glasses were always full. I thought the cost was about average for the island. Overall, we have eaten at many restaurants in Bonaire, and I would judge Zen's to be one of the good ones. I read a previous review that was quite negative. I have no explanation why our experiences differed so dramatically. I hope you give Zen's a try, and then share your review.
