Really good buffett with everything one expects from this type of restaurant, but better quality and a few surprises like the Vietnamese roll and the beef sashimi. The sushi was fresh, the trays were constantly being replaced, even the wasabi and white ginger were better than in most places. Nice coconut ice cream too.We do not live in Boca but if we did we certainly would eat here often.Service was adequate, not friendly but they did their job.

How did we not find this place sooner? The variety, the freshness, the attentive service...this place can't be beat! So much to choose from, and many things that you don't usually find on a sushi buffet. They have a carving station with about 6 different meats to choose from. Seafood galore...mussels, clams, salmon, crawfish, squid, shrimp, oysters, and more! We will definitely be returning!

Visited while staying in Boca Raton Astoria. The service was excellent, v friendly and helpful staff. There was a great selection of food and all prepared and served with great skill. The octopus carpaccio was amazing. The only negative was it was rather expensive.

Never tire of a late lunch at ShinJu. Eat at 3pm and you won't want to eat again til lunch the next day. But, the reason for returrning is not the quantity but the quality. Best Asian sashimi, sushi ,seafood, shrimp and salads are the "first course". Follow with hot tender beef, grilled fish, shrimp, clams, chicken, dumplings etc, etc etc. This is the best buffet anywhere including cruises. Service is excellent; plates are cleared as soon as you go forth for more. Desserts are a 'grande finale'. Napoleans, cannoli, pecan pie, assorted flavors of dip your own ice cream. Incedible edibles. Prices are surprisingly low. Clean and pleasant; time for conversation. Parking on site.

Our first trip to Yakatori Sake House was a great success. Four people, four different meals all happy! My wife ordered the lamb chop appetizer. She said it would be worth going here just for the lamb chops. They are three baby chops grilled Korean style. I ordered the crispy fried baby bok choy. It was very different, delicious and like eating potato chips, hard to stop. Our friends ordered the miso soup and the edamame. For dinner my wife had the Hong Kong noodle with beef. She loved it and the portion was so large she took home half. I had the Crispy duck with the sweet chili sauce, delicious. I also took home a lunch portion. Our friends ordered the chicken Pad Thai and two different sushi rolls. Everything was really great and the portions were fairly large. Take your time and read the menu, it is quite large and there are many excellent offerings. We will be back to try more of their exceptional dishes.
