Find out what Japanese restaurants to try in Blue Mountains. Although the name suggests otherwise, the Blue Mountains is an actual town in Grey County that consists of several small communities including Thornbury, Christie Beach, Clarksburg, Heathcote and Ravenna. The area is very picturesque and scenic in the summer months and during "apple season" in the autumn, but the town is most famous for its mountains. Tourists flock to Intrawest's Blue Mountain Ski Resort year-round for its wide array of offerings. If you aren't in the mood for skiing or snowboarding, take a stroll through Blue Mountain Village and enjoy a coffee at one of the cafes or a meal in one of the many restaurants located in the village.

The moment we were greeted by Edward we knew it was a good dinner choice. Although we were doing takeout, the restaurant seemed to exude a Japanese style that was quaint and simple. Edward offered 15% off our order which was a nice surprise. We ordered a number of rolls and some Udon. The order took no more than 10mins and we hurried to our room to dine. The kids loved the rolls and the soup was a rich broth, perfect for the sudden blast of winter on this spring day. The cucumber rolls tasted so fresh I was amazed how they managed to find such good produce in April. With a finite number of places to eat in Blue Mountain Village and once you tire of the pizza, steak and wings, I highly recommend Kikaku. Light but filling fare with excellent service and quality.
Cozy takeout restaurant located in Meaford Ontario. Fresh with generous portions with a casual friendly atmosphere.
I've been here for takeout about 4 times already and never disappoints! Super friendly staff and owner. I usually get the gold or black dragon, generous portions and quality is very good. No signage makes it a bit hard to notice but it just opened. Hope meaford supports this place so it's a success!

Stopped in for a pre movie dinner. Staff were great with the suggestions and we decided on a sushi combination boat. Every bite was great and despite our best efforts we had leftovers. Can't wait for lunch tomorrow!Yummy, fast and friendly.
