With more surviving 18th century buildings than any other city in the United States, visiting Annapolis is like stepping back in time to the days when the city was a colonial seaport. Our first look at Sushi in Annapolis. Wr stuck to the basic sushi and simple rolls fir our first visit. Portions were good. Taste and freshness both at a high standard. Our favorites, and out standards for comparison uni, toro, and ikura were all very good.

There are 3 fabulous sushi places in the Annapolis area, this is one of them. Very unsuspecting and amazing, large rolls. They are all delicious and our favorite is the dinosaur egg which is avocado carefully sliced into a egg shape with crunchy shrimp inside, so good! Always friendly and good service. Happy they open at 4:30 vs. 5:30...

Fresh ingredients; interesting menu choices; top notch service; great vibe....no wonder Tsunami is always packed. 3 of us went last Saturday night-sampled various appetizers (tuna lollipops always awesome); mix of sushi and sashimi; pork tenderloin. Everything was spot on. Really cannot go wrong at this Annapolis mainstay---20 years and still rocking!
