My friend and I stopped by another restaurant in the same plaza, hoping to get food there. However, that place was packed and had a long wait. Then I saw this place and immediately suggested this place to my friend. We were glad that we came in.My friend did not have any real ramen before. His idea of ramen was the instant noddle package that you can purchase at the grocery store. I explained to him that this is not the case. For the authentic Japanese ramen, it takes a long time to slow cook the pork bone to extract the marrow taste and to give the broth a rich and deep flavor. We both ordered the spicy ramen and we were happy with what we got. The only minor thing is that I just wish that they would give us a bit more sliced pork. Two thin slices do not really satisfy me. The flavor, nevertheless, is rich and we both liked what we got.We also had the fried oyster. The oyster was really fat and succulent. They were covered in Panko bread crumb (Japanese) and deep fried. When you cut it open, the steam comes out. The sauce that came with the fried oyster has some kind of smokey flavor and tastes a bit sweet and sour. It's not really my taste but the main thing is that the oyster was fat and juicy.Food gets a four star. Value gets a three star and service a three star. Overall, a solid three star dining experience for me!

From the outside, Miso looks like any other Japanese/fusion restaurant in a shopping mall. However, Miso ranks well above most of its brethren. The decor and ambiance is quiet, restrained, clean and friendly. But what really matters is the food. Miso adds a nice twist to the usual Japanese set meals by allowing the diner to mix and max from a wide range of katsu, ramen/udon noodle soups, and sushi items. Everything comes with an egg custard appetizer and small salad. The main dishes were served fresh and hot. The portions are AMPLE and everything was delicious! And they ended with a small ice cream or yogurt drink...just enough sweet to finish the meal. The prices are amazingly reasonable! This was great value and we WILL be back!

Soju Sarang is one of my favorite non-BBQ Korean restaurants. Although small (and sometimes there's a wait), the waitresses are attentive and friendly and bring lots and lots of yummy banchan including some heartier and pretty unique ones. The banchan always sets the tone for a delicious meal. The special $40 sushi platter is quite a deal, with lots of sushi and sashimi. Once we asked to substitute one of the fish for flounder and they happily accommodated. The platter is a great deal in itself but also comes with a delicious and spicy fish bone soup. We've also had other entrees, all of which are good. I like this place because they have typical Korean dishes and sushi.

This was our 1st time at this establishment. There are 2 dining levels. The lower level is small and narrow & quieter than the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor, there are speakers blasting music everywhere and lots of TV screens. The music level is a little loud for a normal conversation. There is a bar area with high top tables and a large high top table for 10+. The tables on the perimeter have partitions around them like a booth. There is a button on the table to summon the wait staff if needed, a nice feature. We arrived at 7:30pm on a Sunday, there were 2 tables open on the 1st floor but too close to the front door so we were seated on the 2nd floor. We had the Samurai Love Boat ($29.95), it had 6 skewers (pork belly, pork, shrimp, beef, asparagus & bacon wrapped asparagus), tempura (6 veggie & 2 shrimp), 8 pc spicy tuna roll and 8 pc crunch roll (shrimp tempura & crab). It was enough for 2. The rolls were delicious, the skewers were good but the beef was a little overdone. Once we placed the order it came out quickly (less than 15 min). The boat was impressive. All in all, we were out in under an hour. The wait staff checked on us occasionally, we weren't aware of the call button until we finished! Now we know. I pressed the button by accident & the waitress show up immediately. We have been to the other Honey Pig and enjoy the foods cooked on your table but this place is different. The prices are very reasonable.

The BlueSand Seafoods is an authentic Korean style seafood restaurant.
walking by it looked good, but I found the menu lacking.--once seated. The shrimp fried rice was good--the seafood pancake--ok.It was hard to get good description of what many of the other seafood dishes were. Maybe it was my unfamiliarity, but the menu could have provided better descriptions.Communication with the waitress was challenging.
