Temporary Closed
Ate at Pereddies last night and the first time under new management. We've been going here for years and to be honest were growing tired of the same old menu and mediocre cooking and service. We ate dinner at the Scusi bar (best little, intimate bar in Holland) because every table in the restaurant was taken! We started with prosciutto wrapped prawns and the sautéed calamari for appetizers. The prawns were huge and served on a sauce that was indescribably delicious. Prawns were crispy from the prosciutto but juicy and chunky! The calamari was actually fresh, and sliced themselves (not frozen, breaded and fried). Again, served on a delicious fresh lime sauce; so refreshing. We then split an order of whole baked Branzino fish, served on a bed of fresh sliced fennel. Branzino is our all-time favorite fish but we haven't seen it offered in Holland before. True to form, it was so meaty, juicy and sumptuous, The owner offered to filet it for us, but we had done it before; those large bones are easy to discard. We paired this with Oxford Landing Sauvignon Blanc, served by the glass behind he bar. Honestly, it was one of the best meals we have had in Holland. Finally, we finished the meal with bowls of spumoni ice-cream and expresso. The spumoni was so flavorful, with a combination of chocolate, cherry, vanilla and pistachio ice-cream, with sliced almonds and cherries. Ever had real spumoni? It is just a treat. In summary, it looks like the new owners are intent on rescuing this tired old place, matching the beautiful interior with truly beautiful food. Bravo!

Famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza right in your neighborhood. Visit us for a family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food or order your meal online for pickup or delivery.
We came here because itâs supposed to be good Chicago style pizza. What a joke! Only 4 other tables in the place with customers. Pizza took OVER an hourâthen came out wrong. Server said he wouldnât charge us for it (duh we didnât order it) and would get our correct order in and we would have to wait another 20 minutes or so. I have never had such flavorless pizza. We will never return. Then we got our bill. $93 for 2 pizzas, one salad and 2 half off beers. Ripoff! Save your time and money and go somewhere else! Hello and thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I am sorry to hear about the underwhelming food you received at our Holland location. We take guest satisfaction seriously, and I would appreciate the opportunity to make things right. Please contact me at [email protected] with "Holland TA" in the subject line at your convenience so that we can reach out to you directly.Sincerely,Ana

Serving authentic Chicago Style Deep DIsh and Stone Fired Thin Crust. Our 8th street location is great for those who want to enjoy downtown and get some great pizza at the same time. Now serving at 2 Holland Locations!
This was our first time at Crust 54. We arrived at 6 pm on a Tuesday evening. There were two tables of people eating when we arrived. We saw at least three deliveries and four carry out orders taking place while we ate. We ordered a 14 inch, thin crust, Hawaiian pizza. There was a $3.00 discount coupon on the web site so our pizza cost about $13.00. It was ready in less than 10 minutes. It was hot, delicious, and seemed larger than 14 inches. Two adults only ate half of the pizza so we enjoyed the rest for lunch the next day. The restaurant is well known for it's super thick crust, but we prefer thin crust.

My family has visited this establishment on several occasions and we have made a discovery that is so tasty. One of the items they offer as a topping on pizza is meatballs. Are you kidding me?!? This was fantastic and is now our family favorite. This is our go-to pizza. We have frequented several pizza places during our last couple vacations and not one offered meatballs as a topping choice (even though meatballs are on the menu for other entrees). The sauce is also killer and cannot be beat. This is pizza genius. In addition, our serving staff was so pleasant. Even our hostess, Morgan, made us feel right like family; like someone I'd go tubing with down a slow moving river. If you haven't tried Vitales, you are missing out.
