Service was very slow , my husband had fish and chips which was a very meagre portion of both, after waiting at the end of the meal I was asked do you want dessert, when I said yes , I was asked what do you want , I had not been given the menu so had to asked well what do you have ,still no menu as she reeled off desserts standing over us while we decided.I had ordered mussels and one was really badly off it smelt awful , as was the same at a table next to us . Both tables asked to speak to the chef who eventually came out with two bowls of mussels this was after I had eaten dessert . I suggested he stop serving any more mussels before he killed someone. He tried to argue with us , can you believe . And to top it off we were overcharged by $60 , if we hadnât checked the bill . No way to run a restaurant.Hi MarilynYour frustration is understandable. Our Chef came out as soon as he could leave the stove with 2 complimentary bowls of Mussels only to come out and apologise, not argue, and explain to you and the table next to yours ( who eventually understood the situation) that we buy mussels in sealed kg bags and from time to time ( I would rather say rarely) this problem may occur. You kept insisting about stop serving them and we were only trying to make you understand that wasn't "the batch" as you suggested it but that particular package. And yes we agreed with you. You also mentioned that out of 4 only 1 was bad. Our serve of fish and chips are normally generous and we couple that dish with a premium glass of wine for $25. However, we also offer bigger serve of fried seafood on our menu. There was only your table of 4 and another few at that time/ night and we disagree about the over all service. We prefer to explain what dessert we have, at time, as we like to interact with diners, we find that a little less formal. All in all we have tried handle your complain as best as we could and I apologise if you were accidentally overcharged. It was a genuine mistake from our staff member due to be in a training and not quite familiar with the system yet, therefore you had all the right to be upset. Unfortunately we do not tolerate patronising behaviour toward any staff member. The customer is always right. Not the rude one

pizza is ok. nothing more fancy than any other pizza joint. but what makes them fail is everything else on the menu. pasta menu is complete rubbish. cant eat it... and when you pay up to 12 to 14 dollars for 'slop', your getting ripped off. pizza.... ok. everything else... rubbish

Our first dining experience here last night and we were seriously impressed. The building, decor & surrounds were gorgeous. The dining room itself couldn't be better and then the staff! It's rare to see a group of young servers doing their job to such a high standard and enjoying it. You never see this on the coast so we were very impressed. Obviously their training is top notch as the service was seriously professional but still relaxed at the same time. The food and wine list were varied and extensive and our one minor request would be a few more side dishes be available but thats minor as all the dishes our party had were perfect. We had a delightful dining experience from start to finish.Thank you very much for sharing your comments. Very much appreciated and we look forward to your return.

Authentic Italian food. Pizzas - Pastas - Risottos - Salads - Gelatos
I like to give businesses a second chance, and being a long term local, more so. However, I found exactly the same experience, VERY overpriced pizza, that frankly does not represent Napoli at all. Next to none mozzeralla, again & the size of the pizza for the money a bit too much to ask Im afraid. Pasta just ok. but simply put their food lacks "love"So - you want authentic I suggest La Fiamma.or store bought you might as well go to Pizza Hut or the likes for half the price. As for the pasta, think I'll just cook my own - its so much better.Sorry Proprietors, but its just not that good - especially for the money.Hi Shelly , sorry to hear your experience .First off all I would like to ask you the day and time you visited our shop and the order you placed , it will help us find us better what exactly happened. Also is 12 -13 inches gourmet pizza freshly made expensive for around $20 ? About the pastas , all the sauces are made freshly using fresh ingredients and herbs by qualified chefs .Itâs your right reviewing the restaurants but i suggest you to complain straight away in the restaurant so the chef or manager can fix it on spot. I wait for your reply with details of your visit so that I can check our cctv and find out what exactly happened

One bloke (Italian) in an old, brick pizzeria. No delivery boys coming in and out, this is a true one man show. He arrives every day before opening to freshly grate the cheese (pre grated doesn't taste good enough), hand cuts huge boxes full of mushrooms (pre-cut don't taste good enough) and mixes the dough (nothing frozen here) and every bas is hand rolled at time of order. This is the only place to get pizza like this on the Central Coast. Don't pass by.
