It was a little disconcerting that the restaurant didnât take phone reservations, but we were seated immediately upon arrival. Four of us came at scattered times, but it didnât faze the server at all! He was patient with us as we were old friends who hadnât seen each other for many month, and we kept chatting and ignoring our menus. As our friends arrived, they were approached immediately for drink orders. The food was good, the service was excellent. Iâm sure we will be back!

Had lovely meal to celebrate a graduation. This was our first time here as we were invited to this gathering. Really good service especially since our group was large. Staff was very accommodating for gluten free needs & nut allergies. Everyone was really happy with their food and the zeppoles were yummy... inhaled them so fast did not even take a pix to post. I had oven roasted chicken very tasty & not dry; hubby had veal saltimboca. Another family member had the lamb shank one of the day's specials & was also very pleased. Overall good value for the big portions.

Letâs start off by saying you donât go to Francescoâs for a quiet romantic dinner. If you like good basic red sauce Italian food itâs great. I love when people who arenât even Italian put down a restaurant as a red sauce place. Thereâs nothing like a good red sauce place for good food. They make a great pizza.Pastas are the usual including the baked ziti type, all good.Iâve never had steak, chicken or fish here but I have a nice veal parm.Prices wonât kill you.

Went there late evening with friends for a quick bite to eat. We ordered coal fired pizza and a small calzone. Both items were excellent. There was nothing small about the small calzone which was shared with four people. The pizza was done to perfection and shared and enjoyed by all. The place was very clean. Sports bar atmosphere. Will make it a point to visit again next time in WP.

Amazing Italian food served with excellent service staff. Grilled Octopus was a perfect starter. Wonderful selection of Italian wine. Good for a business meal and family dinner. Parking in the backyard was very convenient. We will certainly visit again for another business meal.

Food is good, zillion specials, don't know how the waiters remember them. Love the hostess. Only problem is the noise level. Impossible to have a conversation. Would go back during the week, not on a weekend.

We took our grandchildren and it is now their favorite Italian restaurant. We ordered veal, chicken and 2 pasta dishes and everyone cleared their plates! The red sauce was outstanding, the veal soft and savory, and the pasta al dente! The price was moderate, and the service was wonderful. We will be back!

I have eaten at this Excellent Italian restaurant numerous times and have never been disappointed. There is metered parking in the area. The restaurant does take reservations. The main theme is Italian food. The steaks are also excellent. Great atmosphere, especially try and attend during the Christmas season. The staff is very friendly and efficient. The menu is very extensive and the prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. If you are in a rush this is not the restaurant for you. Fine dining that I would definitely recommend

My wife, daughter and I had Motherâs Day dinner at Gigante Restaurant & Bar yesterday evening and it was absolutely wonderful. -Service: From the very beginning with the valet parking to the very end when picked up our coats from the hostess the service was superb.-Decor/Ambiance: The place is filled with nice vibes. I would describe the décor as a casual approach to âmodern nouveau eleganceâ (if there is such a description). A wide variety of spacious seating arrangements face onto a really striking bar, and there is a really neat private dining area to the rear. Really cool artwork is displayed throughout the restaurant and private dining areas. Unfortunately the weather was really bad so we could not take advantage of the outdoor seating with the beautiful fire pits that complement the indoor seating.-Food: In a word⦠Scrumptious! The restaurant is categorized as an âItalianâ eatery. While there were quite a few Italian dishes on the menu (I must give a shot out to the Mozzarella en Carrozzaâ¦unique and outrageously good!), there was also a nice selection of other types of selections including a couple of really great Asian Fusion type dishes (I had the Rock Shrimp Tempura as an appetizer and the Beef Tenderloin Kung Pao as an entrée (the sauce for the shrimp tempura was amazing and the stir fried vegetables in the beef tenderloin absolutely succulent). My wife is still ranting about the flavor and texture of the Beef Short Ribs.Near the end our dinner the maître de came over and chatted with us about our dining experience. When we raved about the quality of the food the maître de asked us if we would like to meet Chef Samuel Kim. This turned out to be one of the highlights of the evening. At a new establishment like Gigante I would have expected these guys to give us the stereotypic marketing speil about how great the place is. Instead, both gentlemen were extremely genuine and cordial, and it was obvious that they both are extremely passionate about their professions. For my family, their passion (and that of all of the staff at Gigante) was manifest in a truly wonderful dining experience. We will definitely be back. This is a must for those in search of a great dining experience.
