The food is high quality. It is evident when you see the presentation of your order, and then the taste. The salmon is perfectly cooked every time and is delicious. Best in the area pizza. Creative culinary speciality pizzas on the menu every month.

Well, I'm that guy that almost always has something weird happen on a visit to a restaurant and this is no exception. Yesterday was my day off of work which I spent running around doing errands and doing outside work in 90 degree heat. All day, I thought about baby back ribs.. At some point in the afternoon, I almost took off to town to buy ribs, but in order to do them right, I just didn't leave enough time. Then, about 7pm, full of dirt and sweat, I thought about heading to town to find a restaurant with ribs, but just didn't feel like rushing to get ready. Then about 8:30, I considered again only to realize most restaurants close at 9pm. So finally, at 9pm, I found two restaurants open until 10pm. It was almost a coin flip, but actually I called the other restaurant to verify, if I rushed to get ready, and if we arrived at 9:25pm, could we get served. All I got was a voice mail so Rosatis it was. Its a 15 min ride for us and I was hungry and ready for some fall off the bone ribs. I didn't even get a menu and waited for Wife to decide and let her order. I proudly offered my order of ribs and the Server said: "Sorry Sir, we stopped serving ribs at Rosatis"........ In case you can't feel it by this story and build up, I was crushed..... I know it's only food, but some of you know what I'm talking about. There was nothing that could replace my craving for ribs and certainly not pizza or spaghetti........... I ordered 2 Chicago dogs and that's the way the night ended. I lived to tell about it, but with ribs on their menu online and in house along with a HUGE "Ribs" sign in front of their store, I was a little more than disappointed. On a nice note, the dogs were great and the Server was very cool and genuinely felt bad they couldn't give me what I came there for. Last night, I would have given one star, but I'm better today ... Ha ha and the overall experience can't be less than a 4 star !!

I feel this place has kind of lost it's way a bit from the last couple of years. Usually I never had a problem with the food or service but the last couple of times it hasn't done well for me and the service has been average. I don't mind Pizza Hut but hope they get better as they go along.
