Nice clean simple decor, very friendly staff, and lovely food. It appears to be a family business and Aldo seems to be both owner and chef who ensures you get what you want. What more would you want?

Now 'Chairs' the restaurant has a pleasant location very close tothe principal motel. Service was friendly and efficient, our meals tasty but perhaps too large. This applied both to my sirloin [delicious but enormous] and to my wife's fish medley. The creme brulee dessert was excellent.

I have been to Ascension many times for lunch but this was my first visit for wine tasting and tour. I wanted something special, to learn something new, to try new wines and I was not disappointed.The property is beautiful and the wines are special. The host spent so much time with us and answered our 100's of questions. We took friends who were visiting from Canada and they said it was the best wine tasting they have experienced.We decided to make this an annual tradition for us and our friends.
