Very close to the City centre, You can eat a good pizza on site or to go, pizzas should get one rank higher, different sizes, good choice, well prepared, fast service even on Saturday evening but if You want to dine in do not expect more than five table where You have to get by yourself fork, knife, glass, drinks and no air conditioning so we had to eat our pizzas and escape looking for some air. Good choice of bottled beers and soft drinks. Good quality/prices

The restaurant decoration is very warm and the owner's wife will receive you very kindly and listen very carefully your expectations regarding the food and the drinks. The served dishes are delicious and any request in English is well understood . Excellent food, excellent service, smilly and efficient service! What do you need more to spend a nice lunch or dinner with your friends or family. Recommended by MICHELIN!

One of the most memorable meal I have had in France. I love the decor, the food was very interesting and very tasty. The front of house man is a real charmer and have great English skills! Will be back again. Do recommend it highly. X

This pizza place was recommended by our hotel. We had some doubts when we arrived in front of it as it is really tiny from the outside. However, these are the best pizzas we ever ate! very crispy, right size, etc. We also tried the desserts, same quality. Service was friendly and efficient..a fabulous dinner!

On a really warm summer evening it is nice to sit outside in the shade in a quaint, small street. All this is true here and the menu is interesting and quite inexpensive but the plates are small (pizzas top) and my lasagne was cold. Couldn't complain as no one spoke English and my French does not include "cold food" yet... ;-)

In a short trip to Vichy we ended up at this lovely small restaurant. It was full and although we didn't have reservation, they managed to accommodate us. The pizza is excellent, with some unusual toppings. Service is efficient and attentive. Good value for money. Would definitely go back.

Went for Lunch with a colleague. The Restaurant was cold and the service was very slow. 90 minutes for lunch is way too relaxed. The waitress blamed the slow kitchen. My starter (italian hams) turned out to be a huge plate of french cured ham. Very average and lacked quality. The main course ravioli was OK . The waitress brought the wrong desert which we accepted because it had already taken so long. Back in Vichy for the 2018 Iron man competition I remembered Le Florencia as "The Place/Pizzeria to be" in 2016. Now they changed everything (location,decoration...) but not the staff and after all not the high quality of meals (always homemade cooking,no MGO hydrogenized fats or palm wine but organic beers and wines etc...).
