Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Versailles. This former unofficial capital of France sits just 10 miles from Paris and is easily reachable by train. Even though the Chateau de Versailles has been known as the epitome of indulgent luxury for centuries, seeing it in person is a jaw-dropping experience. The chateau's magnificent gardens are free, but it's worth shelling out for a day ticket to see the interior—although it does make going back to even a fancy hotel seem rather humdrum.

Went here on our first night in versailles having arrived late in evening, didn't get to retaurant until just before 10pm. Staff were very friendly, they speak French, italian and English. The bruschetta is to die for, we shared a serving which was easily enough for two. I then had sea food pasta and my wife had mushroom Pizza which had an egg in the middle of it! Again the portions were very generous and food was very good. We were so full couldn't fit in pudding! The staff will serve you as fast or as slow as you want. Recommended

Visited here as a refuge from a hot day in the Versailles gardens. We were embarrassed by the family in front of us being told that there were no high chairs. We enjoyed the quality and the excellent presentation of the food- medallions of pork with carrot spaghetti and caramelised carrot. The dessert of rum tiramisu with s coconut and pineapple dressing was superb- and recommended as such by our excellent waitress. Not cheap- but quality.

Chez Ennio est un Restaurant-Pizzeria. Nous vous proposons de délicieuses pizzas cuites au feu de bois et des plats fait maison dans un cadre familial et convivial.
Step back in time to Ennio's Italian, olde world elegant dining cellar. Tucked away in a little corner, a few steps below the sidewalk at Fort and de Maisonneuve. It's a little touch of Europe, all food lovingly prepared by Ennio himself, as you sip your own wine (no corkage fee) and relax and chat in an intimate room with candlelight and white tablecloths. The escargot is a must, also the veal, and all pasta is freshly made. By the end of the evening Ennio felt like an old friend who'd invited us into his cellar for a memorable meal among friends. 'Do not delay, the golden moments fly!' Stay gold Ennio, stay gold!'

Just had a lovely (if expensive) meal here. The pizzas were amongst the best Iâve ever had outside of Italy, the gnocchi were very tasty and filling, and the tagliatelle carbonara werenât bad either. The kids loved their food too, which is always a bonus!Unfortunately we came at their busiest time, Saturday 7.30pm, and the staff couldnât really cope with the number of guests. In the end I had to fetch our own water from the bar and chase around for some pepper. We were also overcharged on the bill, but Iâll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were just too busy. Would definitely recommend, but given the amazing choice of restaurants in the area I would probably go and try somewhere else next time.

LE Cameleone est une trattoria californienne (TRATTORIA pour le côté italien ET CALIFORNIEN pour LA WorldFood) Spécialité de pâtes fraîches fabriquées sur place , tapas ET saveurs du monde)
A restaurant that we have known and frequented for some time now, each time we're in Versailles. Good pasta, nice wine, vibrant but cosy atmosphere, young and quick service. They're also very childfriendly, which isn't always easy to find in small restaurants in Paris and surroundings.Oh, and don't forget to order the pecan pie as dessert! It's delicious!

We've been here for the 3rd time and this restaurant is still great. With their backyard seating outdoors is always pleasant on a hot day. The dishes are superb, very well prepared and presented, one tastier than the other. Also, the service is quite nice and the waiter/waitresses put their passion into it. I love this restaurant, and will come back again anytime soon!

Manufacturer restaurant. We manufacture all our products locally from high quality raw materials. Pizza Fresh Dough Ice and sorbet Dish of the day
Finally found a restaurant we enjoyed. Hubby had penne with Gorgonzola. I had veal cutlet with side of spaghetti. Enjoyed focaccia and roasted peppers as a Starter. Also shared a chocolate ice cream with roasted nut dessert, perfect. Not a lot of English spoken here but staff all very friendly and I managed with my rusty French. Perfect al dente pasta like in Italy!

A wonderful cozy atmosphere, very clean and a neat restaurant. A fast and friendly service. Our order pizza and salad arrived quickly, the pizza perfectly prepared with first class ingredients, the dough for the base was of a very good quality flower, hence the wonderful taste. As for the salad, very generous portions of very fresh and high quality products. House wine a very good Chianti Classico. A very reasonable bill.

Small restaurant, with capacity for just over 30 covers. Modern very light decor, welcoming friendly Italian staff. Menu is not overly extensive, but has a decent choice of maybe 6-8 pastas, a similar number of meat dishes and pizzas. Quality was very good - we shared a Caprese for a starter - this was a big portion, large enough for 2 and the buffalo mozzarella and olive oil were of exceptional quality and taste. A delight to eat. My wife had her usual Spaghetti Carbonara and enjoyed it. I chose Saltimbocca a la Romana, a dish I like very much. The veal was very good, although the sauce I felt was much too creamy and thicker than I have previously eaten. Unusually the dish was served with spaghetti rather than vegetables. The spaghetti went well with the thicker sauce though. We both ordered Colonels for desert, the restaurant offers a choice of either Vodka or Limoncello with the lemon sorbet. We tried both although I preferred the traditional Vodka version. Decent restaurant.
