I am always looking to try new places to eat,and finally went to Antonios.Ordered a pizza over the phone,He was very pleasant.Very friendly and social when I picked up my pizza as well. That is a big plus to me,as it makes me feel like they want your buisness.A lot of places are lacking in social skills. The pizza was very good.Got the godfather.Nice crust, and very flavorful. No greasy crust like I get at some of the more popular places in Vernon. Will go back.

Think Italian, Think Angellino's! A local favorite since 1999, Angellino's of Vernon is a family-friendly Italian restaurant serving generous portions both for dine-in and take-out. Catering and private party space also available. Visit our website for ou
We had not been here for some time, but a newspaper ad for a shrimp special at $13.99 attracted us. The shrimp special included soup or salad, great bread with a roasted garlic bulb, three types of shrimp and angel hair pasta. It wa very good and we had enough for another meal at home. Our server, Alyssa, was attentive. We will be back.

Ellington Pizza Restaurant provides Appetizers,, Sandwiches, wraps & burgers, Salads, Pizzas, Italian Specials, Entrees, Party Platters to the Ellington, CT area.
This is always a go to spot for a consistently good dinner. From Italian favorites to subs and amazing salads... this place rocks. I also have to say that the onion rings are insane. You might be surprised but they are really good here. Always great service. Great lunch specials and you will not leave hungry. Also really good soups.. Only downfall... they recently switched to Pepsi and I am a Coke girl all the way!

Anthony's is a good local restautant. The service was good. Their pepperoni pizza was a combination of sweet and spicy and really hit the spot. I don't live in Vernon but am in town often. I will stop again.

We reside on the other side of the Connecticut River and have only frequented the Tolland/Rockvile area these past 5 days because of the hospitalization of a family member. After being less than infatuated with our first two dining choices, I decided to do a little advance research and discovered Camille's. On being seated we discreetly checked out what others were eating and were impressed by the thin crusted, wood fired pizzas, but we were looking for something a little lighter finally deciding to share a chicken pesto panini. The panini included a choice of French fries, chips or greens with us requesting the latter which turned out to be of exceptional quality perfectly enhanced by a flavorful Italian dressing. The panini's ingredients was equally delicious so we plan on returning the next time we cross the river.

My wife and I were regular customers back when we lived in the area and we still go when we are in the area. There are a number of items I like on the Menu including the Pizza, Cobb Salad, Tuna Salad on a Garden Salad, and the Crispy Chicken Salad. One of the nice touches is they bring out Garlic Bread if you request it (I Do!). At our last visit my wife ordered the Sloppy Joe Slider Plate with French Fries . She was pleased. Like many of the local pizza joints in Connecticut there always seems to be a few cranky waitresses that have worked there since time. Frankly, that adds to the whole experience. :-)

Excellent pizza, delicious grinders, friendly staff and very fast service. Been here recently while visiting family at a nearby hospital and have not been disappointed with any item. They are very busy but always have tables, we have not had to wait yet. Highly recommended this place

Service was fine. However, when our meals came out, one of them was horrible. Tasted very funny. We told the waitress and she said she would take it back to the Chef. She returns with the menu and suggests ordering a different item. So five finished our meal and then the replacement meal came. Adding insult was when the check came and the replacement meal was charged. Our party is local to the restaurant and we all agree, we will not be returning.
