Unfortunately we didn't have a sunny day to enjoy the wonderful terrace of Mouton Noir but the dining room indoors is equally as nice. We were a group of 7 friends and everyone had a great meal. Rostis, chicken burgers, 2x filet de bar, kids options, all really good. The filet de bar is excellent, I love this dish. Service is really friendly and efficient. Perfect lunchtime haunt with a relaxed and friendly vibe.

We have been going to Brasserie V for a few years now - we like it as it wasnât an Italian restaurant in a town that is full of Italian restaurants. How disappointed was I that when I turned up they have this year changed to be an Italian. ( I mean why?)However, I was there so I was looking forward to my meal. We had starters and main courses. The Cannelloni was tasteless and bland. The chicken was also unseasoned and disappointing. There were five of us and we were left feeling like a pizza would have been better - especially considering the price - which is that of fine dining. Iâm sorry V but you need to change back to what you were good at. Will not visit again.

This restaurant is situated just below the main church in Verbier. It has fine views of the surrounding mountains. It offers excellent seasonal fare; in July this means chanterelles mushrooms (as soup, in salads, in risotto and accompanying a variety of meat dishes). The main menu combines traditional Swiss dishes and a very extensive pizza selection.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate the birthday of my mother in law. We were lucky as there were tow Japanese chefs from Tokyo for the week-end. And we experienced a unique moment. We have discovered why the Japanese gastronomy is so famous. And like in the hotel, the staff is so professional and can be discreet when it is needed. And the atmosphere and the interior design are what we can expect from this type of restaurantAnd you have a nice selection of Swiss wine

We started our meal with a mixed green salad with fresh dressing that complimented the salad beautifully. We then had the perch with almond which was fresh and tasty. Beautifully prepared. The beef stroganoff was excellent and highly recommend. Prices were reasonable for Verbier and atmosphere was very nice. Very pleasing evening dinner.

We spent a week at Verbier and dined at Pergola twice- because we liked it so much. Great pizza, great salads, warm ambiance. Service was great the first time we were there and slow the second time, so it may not always be consistent. Still, the place is definitely worth a visit. They have an extensive menu with pasta, pizza and main courses and their prices are very reasonable for Verbier. Strongly recommend!

I know this place for a long time, and Iâm never scared to suggest to my friends to go and have some great pizza for a fair prize.I love to go there, because you feel that the owner still cares about you. Very friendly, professional and efficient service. Beautiful presentation of the food. Good menu selection. We had the toast with chanterelles and fresh berries for dessert. Fair prices. Great view. One of my favorite places in the Verbier mountains.
