A vibrant little cafe right opposite Foodworks supermarket in Kuranda, open from 6.30am to 1.30pm everyday (except Saturday & Sunday). In high demand are it's mouth-watering jaffles, yummy pancakes and world-famous omelettes, not to mention the local mang
First the bouquet - the omelettes were delicious. We had one salmon and one ham and they were fluffy and lovely. Now the brickbat - two large coffees for $15 !!!!, whilst they were good they weren't worth $7.50 each.Hence the average ratingHi there, so glad you enjoyed the Omelettes! Our large TA coffees cost $6. Our large coffee in a mug is $5 (as clearly outlined on our Menu). Our coffee & cake deal is $7.50. It is possible our new staff member could have made a mistake on the till & overcharged you...or...I suspect you were charged the cake deal worth $7.50 but did not receive the cakes? We would have rectified this matter had you let us know on the day...as it is, we would be happy to give you free coffees on the house next time we meet. Sincere apologies!

Its in the Clifton beach shopping village
Anyone who leaves a five star review here has very questionable taste. To start off, their menu prices are outdated. We ordered a large pie and it was 19.90, not 18.90. To add insult to unjury we actually ordered the family size one (bigger than large, which is actually laughably small) but the lady got the order wrong. On top of that, Iâm pretty sure she somehow gave us a gluten free crust, which we didnât ask for... either that or their pizza is god awful to start with. We got a 12â and 2 cans of soda and with a delivery fee it came out to $32. Thatâs highway robbery for the amount of food you get. To add to all that, we were staying at a secluded beach resort (so itâs a long walk outside to get to the lobby) and it was raining. When the delivery guy came he started taking cans out of the bag and handing them to me with the box so I asked for the bag. He replied that he had to bring the bag back (it was a 5 cent plastic bag)... meanwhile I had an umbrella in hand too so I just looked at him and was like... how do you expect me to carry all this and an umbrella in the rain with no bag??? Are you friggin kidding me????? For $32 for a tiny pizza you canât spare the 5 cent plastic bag? What a garbage dump this pizza is and the service along with it.

We have eaten here and had take away pizza a few times and have never been disappointed. The restaurant is close to Palm Cove where we stay and has lots of parking available right outside the door. The staff are all friendly and welcoming and my title says it all, the best pizza in Cairns. All the food is well cooked and super tasty, with good size servings so you don't go away hungry. We will be back on our next visit to the area.

Redefining the world world of takeaway and home deliveries
We just ordered take away pizza from Ducks and weâre extremely disappointed. The Butchers Block pizza was absolutely disgusting...at least 80% of it was cheap shredded bologne (look at photo) which was piled about 2cm high, buried under a bit of salami and a thick slab of cheese. The Italian Prawn Pizza was almost as bad, with hard pieces of unripened avocado and tiny cut up pieces of prawn. Both of these pizzas are not what you would expect for what they refer to as âgourmet/premiumâ pizzas costing over $23 each! Feel completely ripped off!

It is somewhat surprising that this place gets such good reviews when the pizza dough isn't even made from scratch. If you ever want to figure out if your pizza dough is of the substandard prepackaged variety, just look underneath for the telltale holes or markings. The sauce and cheese were OK on our Marguerita, but they could easily double the enjoyment by making and rolling their own crust. Would not recommend.

Il Forno is a family run business with a new management. At Il Forno we specialise in Roman style Pizza which has a soft but crunchy thin base. We follow the traditional way of Pizza making which does not grant the use of any machinery for the handling of
We picked up our Pizza still steaming. When we however opened the box the Pizza was not to be fed to our dog. It was just too amateurish and maybe acceptable to other visitors. Didn't have time to return as otherwise would have had an almighty argument.Having eaten Pizza around the world this would be the worst

A family friendly italian restaurant serving only the best local produce. Italian food with an innovative twist. Enjoy al fresco dining opposite beautiful Palm Cove beach. Dine in or takeaway. Fully licensed bar. Restaurant is available for functions and
We tried this restaurant after we dined at other locations in palm cove and this was by far the best place for pasta and pizza. The pasta was tasty and made right . The pizza was nice and had crispy crust and great tasting toppings. The restaurant is busy but that didnât stop the level of service being fantastic. Our waiter Thomas made our experience exceptional and was great at getting us exactly what we needed and wanted.

LâUnico Trattoria started life as a small BYO in 1994. Set in an Idyllic location on the waterfront at Trinity Beach about 20km north of Cairns, the word soon spread, and LâUnico quickly became a regular dining spot for tourists and locals alike. In 1997,
When we arrived the restaurant had only a few tables of customers, but within half an hour you could barely move! The restaurant is popular with good reason - the food was good, decent wine list and prices reasonable. Service was a bit slow, but as I mentioned they got slammed at 6pm! Great for kids or a family or good for couples once the kids clear out around 7:30pm. Great view out to the ocean also.
