Le poisson et hamburger ont eu le même goût. Qualité de produit horrible. Le manageur a été gentil et nous a propose de choisir autre plat,mais si le chef ne sais pas cuisiner,ça sert a rien......plus jamais on reviendra.

We had diner in the Hollywood. Quality of the food is good, but service is really poor. We had trouble getting a waiter at our table each time we wanted to order food or drinks. Also interesting was that they pushed us to pay cash. When we asked for the check, it was stated that we could pay by cash only because the machine was broken. After we answered that we did not have cash and asked for the manager, suddenly the problem with the credit card machine disappeared. Thank you for the feedback, we will take all necessary measures!

We went there 1st January for dinner. Restaurant was quite empty and a security welcomed us pointing the way where to leave our coats. When returning there was no welcome at the entrance so we stepped in and suddenly a waitress came asking whether we had reserved. Upon our answer "No", we got a table for the three of us. We ordered our drinks and food and had to wait for some 15 minutes until two of us got their starters. When the two had finished, the third one got his starter, which were pelmeni in broth. The broth did not taste at all and pelmeni were just ok. The other two starters - pancake with red caviar and salat with red caviar - were good. When the main course arrived, the waitress noticed that she ordered a different fish dish than I asked for. I agreed to take it but the fish was deadly pan fried. I ordered a pizza, because I was hungry and that one was ok, but nothing really to go for again.All in all we expected more and were disappointed.

Asking my friends about the most popular restaurant in town they mentioned the one we went tonight. "What have I done to deserve this..." (taken from the song) But really. If this is one of the most popular restaurants here in Togliatti....just let me go home!We had shrimps as a starter served with some kind of with rose coloured sauce which was just sweet, the spaghetti Bolognese were served with Fettuccine noodles. The steaks ordered medium were served "well done". Just before we had finished our main course the waiter came and asked whether we would like to have a fruit pie as dessert. Can you imagine eating a steak and the waiter asks you about dessert already?! The espresso we ordered was like an american caffe and the grappa was served in a shot glass. And then you look at the shoes of the waiters and waitresses..some in pink, the others in white, some with white socks...

We visited with friends for dinner and a good chat as we haven't seen each other for several years. The menu did not disappoint and the wine selection was great, with a variety of imported wines on offer. I was pleasantly surprised when a waiter noticed we were busy chatting, she asked if we would prefer the music turned down a bit, which we appreciated. My husband joined us and ordered his food and drinks much later, however, his order was served without much delay. I tried two times this restaurant, and i tried 4 kind of pizza. Really tasty, well done, italian ingredients. Pizza be side, nice atmosphere, very friendly owners, excellent dessert and last but not least good tea and really italian espresso!!

Much better than the Osteria Mario of Skolkovo. But still not the good quality I was told about this chain restaurant. Borsch was very light and ordinary, chicken couscous and tiramisu were ok and coffee was good. Draft beer and bread were disappointing
