We came to this restaurant through friends and we were very pleasantly surprised. This is a real italian restaurant, i.e. Italian staff and real italian food; not the general average quality. The place was very lively and the overall atmosphere was very pleasant and lively. I read some comments on poor service, but we had a very good and friendly service all evening. It was actually quite personal. In Sion there is not much choice and we are very pleased to have found this place. We'll be back!

Located in the picturesque resort of Haute-Nendaz, in the heart of the 4 Valleys, Trattoria Dei Savi is a charming restaurant well known for its warm hospitality and simple approach to Sardinian food. â With a vision to recreate happy memories from time s
We visited for dinner last week during our boarding holiday. It's a lovely restaurant and the staff were friendly. I asked for a few alterations to my dish, which they happily made. My meal was delicious! I am still ashamed that I had no cash for a tip (and they couldn't take it by card), so I'll happily return to tip properly!

Was there on the last sunny & warm day of October, 'la Chasse' (game) was available. My wife had the deer 'Rossini' with a wonderful foie gras sitting on top, I had the regular game which was great. Starters we had the egg with white truffle and salad, the truffle and foie gras are super here.Service is jovial, attentive and fun. Loved it. They took good care of the kids, bringing extra plates and making sure they are happy. One down side is that we didn't see a kids menu so we shared (4 and 2 years old) which was fine. Portions are ample - we didn't have any room left to try the deserts...The restaurant is right in the middle of the old town, very picturesque setting, super terrace in nice weather right on the cobbled pavement surrounded by the historical buildings & fountain

We had a very nice dinner at this nice restaurant in the centre of Vex. The pizzas are delicious (we had the fitness pizza and a goatcheese pizza, both very good) and the desserts are refined (creme brulee, tiramisu and moelleux au chocolat). The service was good, friendly people. Prices are very reasonable, even low for the quality of the food. There are several vegetarian options. They also do home delivery.Definately a place to have a nice meal when visiting Vex!

A sophisticated Italian-inspired cuisine and a friendly and professional service are the hallmarks of Da Vinci!
Friendly multi-lingual Service. The card is not very large but what was served was excellent; very good Food, beautifully served with lots of attention to Detail. The restaurant is not very large but divided into 2 sections and we were in the quiet section. We would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We were driven to Les Artisans by the TripAdvisor reviews and even though they were very positive the actual experience was better still. The decor, service and ingredients are simple but carefully thought through and masterfully executed. Don't be fooled by the restaurant's unpretentiousness: the flavours, are surprising in being at the same time so easily recognisable and so surprisingly refreshing. The service is attentive but non intrusive. We spent two nights in the region and twice we had dinner at Les Artisans. Highly recommended (try the velouté).

The mountain restaurants are all much of a muchness. With the exception of the one at the top of the Veysonnaz and Lours bubbles which is an overpriced canteen. Le Pas'Sage however was better value and better quality than most, with great pizzas, huge pastas and good sized kids pasta dishes. Book ahead for a table on the terrace in the sun.

Our establishment is Sion's oldest Italian restaurant. Located five minutes away from the city center and the train station, at the intersection of the valley routes d'Hérens and de Nendez, between the two highway exits, near the Tourbillon stadium. On th
I went there a couple of times, as this place used to be the reference in matter of pizzeria in Sion, at least for the south side of the city. It's now disappointing.Service is bad, not synchronizedthe quality of food is bad : pizza do not have the quality of a good wood oven pizzas, they add some kind of spices on them which make them all smell the same. But the worse was for the pasta : really awfull spaghetti served there, in an italian restaurant. This is a shame !The place is ulgly : decoration has not been updated since the 70's.I would not recommand
Limited menu but good quality fare and pleasant staff. Convenient for a ski lunch without the mountain prices.

Not quite sure what the previous reviewer is on about. This is the 4th year we have been to this resort and we have been here every day of our ski holiday for either a beer after skiing or dinner in the evening. Giovanni has been a wonderful host and his staff have been excellent. The pizza is the best I have had and the atmosphere is great. Have also paid both cash and on my Visa card without issue. We will be back next year and will make La Luge our holiday local again. Regards Chris ( James Errington Family )
