A friend suggested meeting here for lunch. I was skeptical as the tiny restaurant looks a bit sketchy attached to an aging motel turned student apartments. The restaurant is tiny with a handful of tables. You place your order at a window and the freshly prepared food is brought to your table. What a delightful surprise, the food was very good. My friend had a hand tossed cheese pizza that was piping hot, the crust dense yet flakey, topped with a tasty tomato sauce and gobs of perfectly melting cheese. My Philly steak sandwich was on freshly baked bread with plenty of onions, peppers, and cheese smothering what appeared to be a long, skinny hamburger. Not the conventional choice of meat but it worked. Prices were very reasonable for fresh food but the ambiance of the place causes a point deduction. Not fancy but surprisingly good.

We had their Pecan Salads with raspberry vinaigrette dressing. It was large and fresh. The dressing was flavorful. Our waitress (Shelby) was checking on us constantly and our drink glasses never got below half. The restaurant is clean and friendly. All in all it was a good meal and well worth the price.

Were staying with friends for the covered bridge festival and they took us to the coffee cup for breakfast. They are regulars and we soon discovered why. The staff is great you feel very welcome, the breakfast is fantastic you won't leave hungry. The prices are more than reasonable. To some it up its a nice clean friendly little neighborhood joint that has great food morning noon or night.

You can always depend on Maurizio's to deliver a fresh, hot, tasty pizza. Their American sausage with pepperoni is an absolute favorite. They never skimp on toppings.

Stopped by for a quick meal- menu has large variety and prices and portions are fair. Food was ok, little tastier then a frozen meatball TV dinner . Sals was fresh as were breadsticks

Restaurant was no where near full, yet there were people waiting to be seated. Finally (6 groups) we were all seated in one section, although there were seats in other sections. This section apparently was just cleaned and opened. One waitress took all six orders before turning any in. All six orders were delivered at once. Would have been much more efficient to spread us throughout the restaurant, but I am sure there was a good reason. Service was reasonable, wait time was reasonable, food was normal good cuisine available at Olive Garden. Not our best experience, but we will probably visit again.

When we checked into our hotel, someone else was getting pizza from here, so it was a natural choice for us to pick for delivery too -- and it was fantastic!!! Honestly, the best delivery pizza we've ever had. It's almost worth a trip back to Terre Haute for this pizza!

You would think a restaurant around for severalMonths would have all the kinks worked out of the process. We experienced some disappointments at dinner with slower than average service. When you get your appetizer finished long before your drinks are served, well, not good. The food was excellent which did make up for the hiccup. It is reminiscent of a big city bar/restaurant with lots of noise and people everywhere. Maybe, just maybe willGo back.

Having grown up in Brooklyn, New York, my standards for pizza are pretty stringent. Wise Pizza is a surprisingly good find in Terra Haute.The crust was thin and crispy. The cheese came off the slice easily and the sauce was good. I'd only recommend that the slices be about 15-20 percent larger, a bit more mozzarella (some small empty spots were disappointing) and spicing up the sauce a notch (oregano, bit of garlic).Still, I ate at Wise Pies twice. It's VERY good!!!

We stopped here after a day of travel. The reviews looked good and the place did not disappoint. We arrived somewhat late and were graciously seated and served. The food was delicious including the dessert! Prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this place!
