Fantastic food. Great service. Now serving beer and wine. Daily specials. Maria and her family are nice people. You feel like you're in their home.
This is a take out Italian pizza place. Simply they are the best pizza place in town. They also make great ribs. Being originally from Chicago I think I have some knowledge of a good beef sandwich. Like a trip back in time without the hassle of all the city traffic.
We've never eaten in the restaurant itself but have done delivery from them several times. They're service is prompt, its delivered hot and fresh and the flavors set them apart from other burger joints in the area. We routinely order the deluxe burger with habanero cheese and cajun fried potato salad on the side. The best!We also have ordered kids' meals from them, as well as breaded mushrooms. No complaints other than it's a little pricey for portion sizes and in comparison to area places. However, they're flavors are well worth it.

We stopped in early on a Wednesday night. Not very crowded at all. First time visit. Very nice place. Pretty spacious with a separate bar room. We ate in the main dining room by the window. Very friendly waiter. Made fresh coffee for us. Menu should have something on it for everyone. The pasta dished we ordered came out very hot and included a side salad or soup. Large portions. Very memorable Italian. My wife and I really liked it. Could become a favorite.
My wife saw this place was opening soon back in November, and it finally opened a few weeks ago, so we thought we'd try it out.First off, they make fresh pasta and sauce on Saturday only - at least the pasta, since it is so time intensive. So, if you want the home made pasta, get there earlier rather than later on Saturday, or it may run out.The place was packed when we got there - all but two tables were filled. It's a single door in, so in the winter time, if you are in the tables closest to the door, you get blasted.Don't wait to be seated - you go to the counter at the north end of the restaurant, order your dinner, pay, and you get a spoon with a number on it that you stick in the condiments tray at the table you sit at. Or you can order it to go. If you sit at the table, your napkins, fork and knife are in the condiments container at the table. We ordered their special last night, which had a bolognese sauce with our pasta. The pasta serving was generous and came covered with plenty of the sauce, along with 3 slices of bread. You can order salads or pizza or sandwiches as well. Two couples were talking next to us, and they ordered a lot of the menu, and said it was all good.We saw they had desserts, so we went back to the counter for a couple of cannolis which were also tasty and very good. The chef said he likes cannolis - I can understand why it tasted so good.Once your food is ready, they bring it out to you, collect your numbered spoon, and you can dig in.This is a small restaurant. You can get to it right off Bethany if you turn into the west entrance for the bank on the corner - it's right at the end of the driveway, on the west end of the strip mall it is located in.If you are looking for tasty, home made Italian in Sycamore or DeKalb - this is the right place for you.Only downside: No liquor. The pasta really needed a good red wine to go with it. Coke products (in bottles) and various waters / health drinks in the case.

Famous Chicago-style deep dish pizza right in your neighborhood. Visit us for a family-friendly atmosphere and delicious food or order your meal online for pickup or delivery.
Called in here whilst staying at a nearby motel. The service was really good, friendly, professional, polite and helpful. The pizzas were gorgeous, fresh, well made and nothing was left. The prices were slightly higher than others we had had whilst traveling but still very reasonable for the quality of food you receive. Plus as we were only passing through we didn't have time to make any comparisons price wise to other local eateries.Would recommend!!
