Donât bother. Customer service is awful and the staff will argue with you about what you want. They are very unfriendly about basic substitutions. Iâm sorry but for the price of this food I expect top-notch customer service. Basically you get Olive Garden quality food for twice the price and half the service.
Pizza is excellent as are many of the appetizers. Delivery always happens when promised. A great place to order from on a busy work night.

Nick Varano, owner of Strega, Strega Waterfront, and Nico Ristorante in the Boston area is opening a new high-end Italian steakhouse in Woburn where he wants "everyone to feel like a celebrity." The expansive 352-seat space (312-seats indoors/ 40-seats ou
Many steakhouses in Burlington Woburn area. More superior choices available if spending at this level with better food and ambiance. Although the popovers are a real comfort food. Strega waterfront is one of our family favorites for celebrating

Good friends who we were staying with in Woburn, MA, suggested this place for Italian food, and it did not disappoint. Good food, generous sized Chicken Parmesan (which my wife and I split), nice, attentive staff, and great Garlic Bread, too! Not fancy, sort of a "pizza parlor" vibe. Ciao.

Unbelievably delicious food in every serving. Appetizer of "Blackend Scallops" pan seared and served with it's natural juices on a bed of greens; pan seared haddock cooked to perfection with slivers of zucchini & summer squash, natural juices; homemade fusilli dressed with garlic and oil.... My husband had the Chicken Marsala, sauce was deeelicious! Most importantly , I have food allergies. The server, ? Karen, was so attentive and knowledgeable about the product making it a very comfortable experience in all aspects!

I've never ordered a pizza here, but I do have sandwiches from here once or twice a week. I use their online ordering which is very easy to use and regularly sends coupons. Fortunately, they have a large sandwich menu so you don't get bored having the same sandwiches all the time.Their sandwiches are over-stuffed and are very reasonably priced. I find that it a good place to pick up a value-priced sandwich for lunch when I am working in the area. I intend to keep returning.

The food is just awesome. Everything is made to order and the quality is the best italian food around. A little pricey but so worth it. I would highly recommend it.

Didn't have time to get to the north end this visit so very happy to find Polcaris in Woburn. Pizza is excellent and four cheese pasta good too. Very busy so make reservations. And parking lot very tight (tho still easier than north end parking). Would definitely go again

Had the best Italian sub there the other day--Old school, piled high with freshly sliced Italian meats (Mortadella, Capicola, Salami, etc.) and finished with olive oil, vinegar and herbs and a variety of toppings (hots, tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, etc.). Bring an appetite, because you will not be able to eat the whole sub in one sitting--great as leftovers as well!
