We recently had dinner at Hi Wayâs relatively new location on West College, Avenue. The food is good as always at Hi away. I had the Turkey Bacon Grinder which was excellent. Their dough items are always great. The service was fine and the atmosphere is of a sports bar with plenty of TVs. There is a large room near the bar and a smaller quieter room near the entry. We will be back.
Margarita's pizza is the best place for subs and pizza downtown. Not only that, but her and her husband Juan are two of the most genuine business owners downtown. My girlfriend and I regular here for their great food and to support two wonderful people and their local business. The pizza is fantastic, the subs are fantastic, the salads are fantastic, and the owners are fantastic. Located on Beaver Ave right near the Beaver Parking garage. They take great care of all their customers!

Our family of four ate in the restaurant, which is relatively small, but comfortable. The pizza is great. The wait time for a large cheese pizza seemed very short (I didn't time it, though). The cost of a large cheese pizza and four cans of soda was $16.50, which is a good deal.

Since 1976, Brothers Pizza has been delivering the same great quality and taste for the State College, PA community. We take pride in every ingredient and every slice of our 40 year tradition.
This place really does remind me of a small corner New York City pizza joint. Both serve thinner-style pizza with an excellent amount of cheese and in my case sausage topping. It was very tasty. Portion size is excellent and the price is very competitive. If I lived on campus I would come by here all the time.Thank you Hatzlacha, we're very happy to hear that! Let's hope you move on campus so we can see you more often :)

I don't understand how this chain got to where they are the food has very little taste, it looks good but doesn't taste like it looks. Other chains are much better and private locations have much better italian food. Service was average, they were really busy and slow but I can't get over the food. The bread sticks were not as good a normal as well. The only reason we went here was because where we wanted to go was booked solid.

We feature a large menu specializing in Italian & American cuisine. Outdoor seating with fire pits. Large parties welcome. Two full bars featuring our own micro brews and a state of the art technology wine dispenser.
We've been going to Home D for years because it's got a great atmosphere, lots of tvs to watch a game, great food, reasonable prices and very friendly staff. The bartenders are probably the best ones in State College! Nice cold beer and 2 bars to choose from. There's outdoor seating w/ big fireplace & tvs all around. Never had a bad meal or experience at Home D, thus why we keep returning! We do takeout a lot too. They offer take out beer too. Highly recommend a visit to Home D Pizzeria!

A great meal for a Sunday evening meal. Wife had chicken parm w/spaghetti, tossed and fresh roll while lasagna (meat), salad and roll. Both meals were excellent with hot main dishes, fresh salad, and tasty soft rolls baked on site. Very nice-sized portions. Good service. Nice atmosphere. Clean place, friendly staff, close parking. A lot for your money. One of our favorite places.

You have many eat-in food choices. The hot bar choices are weighed and that adds up quickly to a fairly expensive lunch. Nice to be able to get fresh sushi, in display or made to order, and to eat it right there. Pizza slices; asian buffet; really good soups.Plenty of beverage choices, too. Handy if you have to shop around a meal time.

On a business trip for lunch I went by Foccia Luna. I ordered garlic bread sticks and cheese pizza. The crust was very light and airy and the wood fire oven added good flavor to the pizza.
