Traditional pizza is delicious. Caeser salad with grilled chicken breast was nice with tons of grilled chicken breast. (Too much to eat!). I would ask for a little more dressing next time. Great place to order for family as there are numerous choices from pizza, salads, pasta and specialty dishes. Yes, Arturos is down the street but Village Trattoria has a much more extensive menu and the taste is fantastic.

Basilico was established by co-owners Mario DeMarco and Angelo Delbecchi, formerly of Sergio's; also in Millburn. Both are graduates of the Hotel Management School in Alassio, Italy. Both from Italy, they have brought their original and authentic Italian
My wife sons and I had a delicious dinner at Basilico tonight. From the Prosciutto and melon to the fried calamari to the gnocchi Bolognese... the short ribs were awesome, the arrabiata delicious. Everything was perfect as weâve come to expect. Grazie, tutti!

We occasionally stop in here for a nice meal. We have never been disappointed. The service is great, the food is wonderful, thoughtfully prepared, tasty, and presented well. When we go here we usually do the whole thing: apps, dinner & deserts. Since we must bring our own wine, it's easy to splurge on the good food.

Great food options. I love the Stromboli. Beer choices are good here. The pizza is good, NY style is pretty true. From the hostess to the kitchen, the staff hustles to accommodate to your needs. Great for take out option as well. They can make a pizza exactly how you like it. Try this instead if dominos one night, you wont regret it.

Give me a relaxed welcoming environment serving great food over a uptight fancy pants restaurant serving overpriced food every time. Star Pizzeria did not disappoint. Here I will say that it's everything that makes it great. The chill bar with lots of tables, tv's, locals, cheap beer, and good food. We ordered a plain and pepporni pizza. The pizza was crispy, cheesy, and tasty. It was good in a thin crust bar style pizza is good. Would I go back just for the pizza? Probably not but if someone wants good food, cheap drinks, and a casual atmosphere. Star Tavern is a great spot.

We enjoyed a delicious meal wih excellent service and welcoming staff. The Caesar salad was fresh and delicious as was the Portobello mushroom appetizer. Shrimp Francese and chicken dishes were well prepared and excellent. There is parking next to the restaurant and they accept reservations. It is a BYOB with reasonable prices.

We have been going there for years. The food is good solid Italian, with several specials. They only take cash so don't count on using your credit card. The Pizza is really good. This is not gourmet dining, by any means but always consistent. BYOB and be prepared to wait on weekends

Everything here is so fresh and tasty - never disappoints! Only complaint is I wish the place took reservations or expanded. Many times we want to go but don't because we just don't have the time or patience to wait (and wait, and wait.....)

We've been going to Boccone South for years. It's right in the middle of downtown South Orange a quaint not-so-small village in North Jersey. Their pastas and meat dishes are excellent. The staff is friendly and entertaining. We love that it's 5 minutes from our house.
