I can speak and read limited Japanese but the lady serving us tried her very best to tell us what was available and what was sold out. The shop has a very nice view overlooking the Lake Toya (and Mount Yotei if weather is nice). This is a pizza and pasta restaurant popular with local families.Both pasta and pizzas are good but I recommend trying some unique pasta dishes, which are a fusion of Japanese and Western.For example, Salmon & iwanori (seaweed) cream sauce pasta is excellent, as well as Mentaiko asari (spicy cod roe and clam), Mozzarella and umeboshi (pickled plums), Tarako (cod roe) cream, etc.Pasta dishes cost around JPY900.For a dessert, I recommend 'Greek Yogurt Double Berries' (JPY410) !Ice creams are also good because the company which manages this restaurant owns its dairy farm, and uses its fresh milk for desserts, cream, cheese, etc they serve in this restaurant.They also sell good cheese and sweets in the restaurant for takeaway.The next door 'Bikkuri Donkey' Hamburg restaurant is also managed by the same company.
