The main menu has a good range of European, Swiss and other ethnic dishes; there is also an Italian-specialty menu. We tried dishes from both and were very satisfied. A daily three-course menu was reasonably priced and satisfying. There is a children's buffet at breakfast and dinner, and kids up to 15 years eat free.

The restaurant is located in the middle of Stoos, next to the skii school - really easy to find it!It has a big beautiful terrace with a great view. The crew is really nice, so all in all, it worths a visit!(the pictures show the location and view)

I was looking for a nice restaurant near Brunnen and I found this Buongustaio just a few minutes with car. It's a beautiful place in a very small town which is Morschach ...The restaurant it's new open just two months ago and the owner are Italians, the atmosphere was really pleasant thanks to the music and the very kind waitresses from which we have been offered a glass of Prosecco wine. We eat grilled seabass with oven potatoes and grilled vegetables and I have to say that it was delicious and very fresh. The wine vermentino from Sardegna was fantastic and the homemade Tiramisù ....a real dream!!! ...l will be back for sure!

Wir durften ein Antipasto geniessen, das schwerlich zu übertreffen sein dürfte. Speziell zu erwähnen sind die frittierten Artischocken. Einfach köstlich.Als Hauptgang wurden uns eine gemischte Grillade serviert. Nur bestes Fleisch. Meine Gattin hatte eine Goldbrasse bestellt, die dann vom Kellner am Tisch essbereit zubereitet wurde. Zu allen Speisen wurden als Beilage kross gebratene Kartoffeln (patate saltate) und Gemüse vom Grill serviert.Den Abschluss bildete ein herrliches, hausgemachtes Tiramisù.Nicht zu vergessen, der sehr schöne Primitivo und der echt italienische Espresso. Alles in allem ein rundum toller Abend. Ein grosses Kompliment an den Chef (Roberto) und den stets aufmerksamen, freundlichen Kellner (Nicola). Wir sehen uns bald wieder.

As a previous reviewer said, there is a good competitor, but we called at this one and were very pleasantly surprised with the standard of the food. It was great, enjoyed the lunch menu and the 'klein' pizza but it was definitely large enough to take 1/3 home for later. We will definitely go again.We sat in the beergarden and were a little worried about the possible road noise, no need to worry.

A great way to bid a fond farewell (or should I say au revoir) to some dear friends and to the beautiful little town of Brunnen.Tempting pastas, elegantly prepared with truffle tortellina particularly pleasing. Great Osso Bucco with Saffron Risotto only slightly let down by toughness. Great pizza and lasagna were real crowd pleasers. A recommended Primitivo from Manduria was truly celebratory and stylish. A busy and popular spot and very clear to see why!

Auf das "Time Out" bin ich nur durch eine Empfehlung gestossen - das Lokal liegt etwas ausserhalb von Ibach/Schwyz und befindet sich direkt beim Sportplatz Wintersried. Pizza & Pasta waren sehr gut - frisch zubereitet und einfach richtig gut gemacht. Beim Ambiente gäbe es wohl noch etwas Verbesserungspotential - das freundliche Servicepersonal macht dies aber wieder weitgehend wett.

During our stay in the beautiful lake-side town of Brunnen we ate here two nights. The food was delicious, well presented and at a reasonable price. The first night we shared a pizza and pasta, both were fantastic, so we decided to return the next night! We ordered the bruschetta, which was a little disappointing due to the fact that they had sliced the bread too thinly so it feel apart. But the meals that followed were excellent, chicken breast stuffed with spinach and a cheese sauce. We would highly recommend this restaurant, friendly owner and staff, excellent English spoken, and we could practise our limited Italian also.
