Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Sapa. The northwest market town of Sapa is colorful and charming, providing the perfect oasis in the midst of a strenuous mountain trek or rice-paddy tour. The Gothic stone church at the center of town is a bull’s-eye in the center of shops and stalls, serving as a reminder of the town’s French missionary influence. Dine on Vietnamese or European-inspired cuisine downtown, and don’t miss the Saturday night "love market," one of the most potent—and strictest—single’s nights imaginable.

Amazing Italian and excellent service!
Tasty Italian restaurant that belongs to a young couple. The chef (the husband) learned to cook Italian cuisine in Hanoi from an Italian chef. He makes great pizzas, great pastas and delicious ravioli. The restaurant also serves great Aussie burgers and excellent chocolate mousse. We have been there several times and we highly recommend it.
We visited recently and sat on the first floor balcony with a Bia Lau Cai watching the comings and goings on the street below and at the temple opposite. We decided to stay for dinner as there seemed to be a steady stream of people entering the restaurant. We ordered fried spring rolls, stir-fried mixed vegetables and sizzling duck. Each dish was very nicely prepared and presented and was delicious.

Tried few Vietnamese dishes and all was very good. I definitively recommend the BBQ duck that comes served on a hot plancha. Restaurant is located 10 min walk from Sapa center but it is worth going, very peacefull environment and view of the mountain. Only few tables inside the restaurant so better book if you are coming with a big group
