Fabulous. Authentic. And flat out amazing. Not to be missed by anyone who LOVES Italian food. Balanced, nuanced and incredible. This gem is snuggled into a small spot near El Bellas Artes in Bellavista. Your taste buds and tummy will love you a long time. BYOB of wine.

High Quality Italian Pizzeria, Restaurant and Italian Bar, with all that you need to have the best experience in one of the centers of Santiago, in front to Costanera Center and Hotels liker Double Three and NH Collection.
The SIgnore was convenient to our hotel. We found their Neapolitan pizza to be, at best, average. We feel it would have been significantly better if it were served hot rather than lukewarm. Needless to say, the service was slow. The space was very interesting.

In Italy it is known if a pizza is good for 4 reasons: taste, aroma, easily digestible, and most important: If its technique comes from the area of Naples, as well as the Executive Pizza Chef of the pizzeria 1talia, who has just arrived to Chile. We advic
Everything needed more salt - from the tomato sauce base to the toppings of the pizza. As a result, the pizza tasted very bland. But the crust of the pizza was very good - with good texture and density. You can tell the Italian chef/owner is very knowledgeable and knows how to cook pizza! Just please add more salt, please. And when pizza margherita calls for basil - then you have to include basil! Nothing less. Also, I think you have to use real anchovies in the pizza del mare. Sardines are a poor substitute. I think if you dealt with these minor details, the end product would be amazing.

Had the most amazing seafood dishes and pasta at Le Dua Torri! The service and the food are phenomenal, and I particularly recommend the caldillo de congrio. Abraham and Augusto helped recommend local specialties and provided all-around service. Favorite restaurant of my 3 months in South America.

My wife and I just returned from a beautiful evening at Romaria Restaurant.Since my wife is allergic to tomatoes, they obliged by offering any of their wide assortment of pizzas with no tomato. It was delicious!Topping it off was the incredible service. Clemente went out of his way to make our visit special. He and all of the rest of the staff spoke English. That is a rare happening in Chile. For two lazy Americans who only learn hello, please and thank you, that was a staff going out of their way to be of service. All in all, a beautiful evening with delicious food and wonderful company. I would like to rate it a six on your scale of five.Thank you very much for taking the time to write such a dedicated comment about us and our restaurant. We are very happy that you had a pleasant experience in RomarÃa, we care about having a quality service. We look forward to you soon! Greetings from all our team!

I visited three times for dinner- even with all the other choices available in this area. The food is not haute cuisine - just fresh and tasty - for example -mushroom chicken , home made Italian type pizza. Itâs clearly a popular spot with local Chileans - usually a good sign. Prices reasonable , service good -though this restaurant gets busy for dinner. I had intended to try a different restaurant every night but this was worth returning to - three times- for guaranteed tasty and satisfying food from a diverse menu.

We should up at 8:30 pm on a Thursday and we had to wait 45 min for a table. We left around 10:30 pm and there was a line outside waiting for tables. This even though the restaurant is huge. We waited at a bar at the very back of the restaurant. The bartenders pour very generous drinks. For dinner we had two pizzas to share , both were good. The desserts looked amazing, but since it was late for us, we passed.

Came to this area on a Sunday evening after our hotel concierge recommended it. We arrived fairly early (around 8pm) so had no problem being seated without a reservation and from the looks of the restaurant as we left think this wouldn't be a problem anytime on a Sunday. To start my girlfriend and I had the calamari which was OK although nothing hugely special. For my man I had the ravioli with a cranberry and cheese sauce which was fairly tasty. To drink we had a chilled bottle of merlot recommended by our very helpful English speaking waiter whose name escapes me. Overall the meal was good however felt that 70,000 pesos was a little steep for 2 mains, 1 shared starter and a bottle of wine.

Just coming back from Italy and tried pizzas at La Fabbrica. Excellent quality and comparable with the best ones we ate in Italy. Very good service by Adrian and Karen; we did not have reservations and both did a great work.Congratulations
