This restaurant is one of the best places in san gil in my opinion. I thought something went wrong and i ordered the grande or something (i dont speak spanish..) but it was just regular size dish. I had a beautifull view on the church. My dinner was a soup, meat (rice, patato, vegetables, banana) and dessert with passionfruit juice and it cost 8000cop. I gave them 10 because is was SO GOOD!The waiter was really helpfull and recommended me his favorite dish.

Habia estado hace unos meses y me gusto mucho. Aunque el lugar es pequeño y con poca ventilacion, tiene una interesante decoracion, opciones de cervezas importadas, unas combinaciones de pizzas interesantes, y es atendido por su dueño que es muy amable. Regrese a San Gil y por supuesto me dije, tenemos que repetir y fui con mi familia, pero esta vez la experienca fue todo lo contrario. Desafortunadamente como todo, el reto no es llegar alli sino mantenerse, y en restaurantes y sitios de comida la consistencia es lo unico que asegura un exito permanente y clientes fieles, una sola vez que te equivoques, y todo lo que se ha construido se viene abajo, y no existe el beneficio de la duda, al menos en mi caso, no acepto la excusa que se tuvo un mal dia. Resulto que no estaba el pizzero y el mesero paso de tomar el pedido a improvisar preparando la pizza, fatal, el resultado no podia ser bueno, si bien los ingredientes son de calidad, la masa llego cruda, no estaba tostada (mal horneada), parecia que llevaba en la nevera un buen rato y su color no era fresco, esto era todo menos una pizza. Otro problema que encuentro, es que una cosa es quien prepara los alimentos, otra quien atiende las mesas, y aca se puede presentar contaminacion cruzada, grave. Como tenia invitados, no quise hacer un drama, ademas pedimos varias pizzas para compartir que no nos fueron servidas al tiempo, hubo desorden en las bebidas, demora para recibir la cuenta (que no es presentada en fisico sino informada verbalmente, por favor...), demora para pagar, etc. y ya la experiencia estaba totalmente arruinada. De verdad bien podria haber rechazado el pedido, no se quien se equivoco mas, el dueño que estaba presente que no debe permitir esta situacion, o nosotros que aceptamos una comida y un servicio bastante a medias. Que lastima, estas situaciones lo alejan a uno de un lugar que apreciaba, gran decepcion.

We got half of what we ordered, but we were thankful it didn't all come. I ordered the Lasagna and my wife got a pizza. We got the pizza and I had a slice to tie me over. I never did get any Lasagna and finally asked and they said there was none coming. I ate the rest of my wife's pizza and we left. That was the weird part. Mostly do to a language barrier. The pizza was enough for both of us anyway. The place is very cute and small. The pizza was OK. I have certainly had worse. It's not very expensive.The restaurants that have staff that speak some English do much better than the one's that do not in San Gil. I liked Gringo Mikes the best. Ask for David, he speaks enough English to be very helpful.

I came here for pizza with my boyfriend and we were both really impressed. I ordered the simple margherita pizza which was delicious with fresh tomatoes and mozarella. The staff were really friendly and attentive: offering us plenty of advice on what to order. We ordered two pizzas which arrived really quickly and were huge so we ended up having to take the leftovers back. The restaurant is in a perfect location in the centre of town which is ideal after a long active day.Es muy gratificante la satisfacción de nuestros clientes y esta es nuestra finalidad. muchas gracias por tu tiempo, y esperamos degustes nuestra especialidad en pastas .

We have been to San Gil several times and we always are happy to eat pizza at Cafe Europa. This time we had a Pizza Mediterranea with shrimps and a Pizza Rustica with roast beef. Both were really great. This time we had to wait more than usual (almost 30 min) because this tiny place filled up as we arrived. But they told us and we also love the ambience and cool music. Worth the waiting!!

The restaurant was cute and the staff were nice. We got the veggie lasagna and the veggie pasta and it was okay. Kind of what you would expect from a low key Italian restaurant in Colombia tho. Itâs definitely a decent option if youâre looking to go out to eat in San Gil.

Its rare to find in Colombia an authentic Italian taste. Hugo the owner and chef has nailed that. He makes himself available to discuss food, Italy, his story aswell as Colombias. High chair and coloring books for our daughter was a nice touch. The fresh baked bread on arrival was delicious as was the selection of locally brewed beers.Thanks a lot.I hope you visit us again at a next opportunity.
