Pizza restaurant. Casual indoor and outdoor dining. Dine In, Carry out and Delivery. Classic and gourmet pizzas. Chicago Deep Dish and stuffed crust pizzas. Slices, appetizers, wings, salads, sandwiches, calzones, stromboli, cheesecake and cannoli.
We ordered both the Hawaiian and bbq chicken. Both werenât memorable. Consider something else. Not worth the 40 min wait or the bogo Tuesday pizza deal.

Named #1 Pizza in Orange County by Orange County Register! Serving Authentic Neapolitan Pizza w/ a California Twist! Simply one of the Best pizza's on the Planet... Also, New York, Cracker Thin,& Detroit style pies
While woodfired pizza is better than pizza baked in other ovens, it costs more For those who can tell the difference, it's about twice the price of chain discount pizzas. The crust is crisp on the edges and chewy inside, which you can't get in pizzas baked in regular pizza ovens, or at home. Since woodfired pizzas bring a premium price, the food at TJ's has top of the line ingredients, like San Marzano tomatoes. We had the Big Al's, which comes with both sausage and pepperoni. The latter made the pizza a bit too salty for me. The salt level would probably be perfect in a Pizza Margherita. The caesar salad was quite good, also a bit too salty, and I like salty. Menu includes pizza of different styles, including New York and Sicilian styles. Also calzones and pasta, some appetizers, as few salads, and 16 craft beers as well as self serve drinks. Ample parking in this big shopping center, and free Wifi. Decor is OK, some TVs, outdoor seating, but the main attraction is the wood fired brick oven. Not your ordinary pizza joint, and IMO not suitable for groups of sports teams.

the white pizza (four types of white cheese) is my favorite in town - slices are nice and big, service is fast, the garlic knots are good little side dish - the atmosphere is super casual, parking can be a bit of a challenge because it's on el camino real (near the del mar intersection)

A Great place to have good food with family and friends. Family run since 1986, formerly located across from the San Clemente pier. Comfortable decor with metal and wood influences throughout. Great beverage selection at good prices. ample parking.
Ordered garlic bread, beer, personal size pizzas. If you like thin crust this place kills it. Pizza was absolutely delicious - best I have had in the last few years.Thank you for your review. We are family owned and operated for 30 plus years. We are happy you enjoyed your experience at Cassano's!

This used to be a favorite when we visited. They have completely lost concept of good restaurant. Service is terrible, don't pour water, dirty silverware, no salt & pepper, s-l-o-w. Service. Italian restaurant that does not have Ravoli and other main Italian dishes? They act as if they don't care. Never again!

We were driving through San Clemente and found this restaurant on tripadvisor.com. We love family style Italian restaurants so we decided we'd stop in for dinner.First off, service was excellent. A college age young man served us and he was responsive throughout the meal. There were 4 of us and we ordered a large meat lover's pizza, and pasta with clam sauce. We were immediately brought delicious bread, which impressed me given 3 of our group was eating pizza. It took about 20 minutes to bring the food, which is reasonable for pizza. The pasta came loaded with small pieces of clam, and unfortunately the pasta was swimming in oil. I moved the pasta out of the oil, and enjoyed the flavors of the clam sauce. My husband wasn't impressed with the pizza---it was somewhat lacking in flavor. The pizza didn't have a lot of sauce, and there wasn't a lot of cheese, and what cheese there was isn't stringy. The meat didn't have a lot of flavor. The pizza has potential, it just needs either top notch cheese, or more sauce with flavorful meat. The bill for 4 of us was about $40, which is reasonable for 4 people to eat. The atmosphere is somewhat puzzling. The tables are set for a romantic dinner, there is a bustling bar as if for a bar scene, and then there are TVs everywhere. The TVs had sports events, to include wrestling. Not sure we will be back, as there are too many other restaurants to try out in the area rather than return to a restaurant that is good, but not memorable.

This is a cute little restaurant on a side street in downtown San Clemente. It is relaxing and decorated nicely. We found a great deal on their website for two entrees with soup or salad and 2 glasses of wine, so if you go, make sure you check out their offers. The food was really good, I ordered Chicken Parmesan which was a large portion of two chicken breasts with linguini topped with mozerella cheese while my husband ordered the Shrimp Scampi. We thought the meal was very tasty. We will eat there again next time we go to this area!

Brick Pizzeria Opening February 2012Brick Pizzeria is committed to delivering high quality, local and sustainable ingredients that transform into a unique and seasonal cuisine. Hand crafted cocktails, carefully selected Domestic & Italian wines & beers wi
The pizza at this place is outstanding. The crusts thin and well grilled; crisp and fired with that smoky hint of bitterness and that combined with the delicious sweetness os fresh semolina that is the product of the open flame. Ingredients are all fresh; from the sausage to the veggies. And the not so fresh ( prosciutto, etc) are delectably aged.Pizza isnât the only treat. The pasta is homemade and and not to be missed. Also , the meats, especially the hangar steak is so well prepared that it rivals the best prime cuts of beef. Salads are uniformly fresh with seasonal ingredients and shareable. The wine selection is Italian-centric. Delicious and well priced. As far as Iâm concerned the cocktail menu is a real bonus. Fresh ingredients in imaginative yet classic, well prepared libations. This is not a garlic heavy place. All the spices are present and well balanced; oregano, basil, fennel, peppers. This is perfect, unpretentious Italian cuisine.

We've been here several times of the years and it's still good. They have some tables that are sort-of outside. The pizza is great and the service is friendly. My only complaint is that the tables are very close together. Parking is generally not a problem.
