For over 30 years, Amerigo has been a local Jackson favorite. Authentic Italian pastas, hand-made pizzas, fresh seafood and wood-fired steaks offer something for everyone at Amerigo. And if your tastes veer toward wine, you'll find everything from afforda
I've been looking forward to eating here for a while now and was not disappointed. We sat in the bar and were promptly greeted. Started off with the cheese fritters (a must) and mussels. I had the seafood pasta which was loaded down with lump crab meat, gulf shrimp and crawfish tails over a generous portion of angel hair pasta. We ended the afternoon with a warm pecan butter cake alamode. Hello,Thank you for your recent visit to Amerigo! We're thrilled to hear that both food and service were five-star worthy. It sounds like you tried many of our most popular dishes, including the cheese fritters (which we agree are a must!). Thank you for your review; we hope to see you back again soon! This was a hidden jewel. The food came out really fast. The prices were reasonable. The salad and pizza was fresh and seemed to be made with fresh ingredients. I loved the sports atmospheres mixed with a blues theme. I didn't get a chance to interact with the staff because no one came to the table. The way it was set up, we retrieved our own drinks once the pizza was delivered to the table. I will definitely be back to enjoy.

We visited Rossini's and throughly enjoyed our meal. The service was superb and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction. The restaurant prides themselves on excellent food prepared to exceed the customer's expectations. We have eaten there a number of times for over 10 years and have always had a great experience each time. The Beef Lasagna was excellent as well as was the Chicken Parmesan my wife chose for her meal. The bar prepares their drinks very well and has a wide assortment of adult beverages as well as non-alcoholic drinks. The staff has always made us feel like family and did not rush our dining experience. The best time to get there is before 7:00 p.m. as they tend to get rather busy after then but still make no compromises on quality of dining experiences. The restaurant does have a small outside dining area but August is not the ideal time to eat outside in Mississippi unless you are a diehard outdoor person that can stand both heat and humidity. We look forward to our next visit.

1. The restaurant was freezing cold...and only about 6 diners there the entire visit. Our waitress was polite, but nearly dropped dishes or plates or water pitchers on us every time she approached the table. Biggest issue was an "up charge" that was not disclosed for having "large" ravioli plate sauced with both white and garlic butter sauce...at the waitress' recommendation. All that was needed was to be told in advance there would be an additional charge. Overall, the prices have continued to escalate, probably because there are so few diners, to the point we won't return. Sad, but just too much wrong.
