Our Pizzaria brought to the neighborhood of Boa Viagem, in Recife the true flavor of an Italian Pizza made by Italianos di Napoli. Within the best Italian Tradition, the masses of Vesuvius Pizzas are neither thick nor thin: they are of the right measure,
We eat a special Italian risotto, then we get a pizza very delicious with fresh ingredients and a light dough that makes us very happy because it is difficult to find that in Recife Italian restaurant. Moreover we can find excellent Italian wines with average prices , the room staff definitely nice and helpful! So we will definitely be back!

last year we came on a vacation to Recife and we were in heaven with Armazem Guimaraes' pizza, wood burning oven, excellent! This year, soon we arrived in Recife,to our annual family/friends visit, we run to that restaurant to find out they only did not move to a shopping mall, but their big mistake, they CHANGED to an electric oven. why on earth you have a winner and change to an average pizzeria? We are so disappointed, our "official Recife Pizzeria" went from the best to BAD, sorry! Got to find another one, once I'm here every year for a month!

With a distinctive design and all wood structure reforestation, the atmosphere is charming, with strong contrasting colors with wood tones. Of the two wood-burning ovens at the restaurant entrance are made pizzas of different flavors, and special sandwich
Papacapim is located a few blocks from Boa Viagem Beach and Recife Shopping. It offers an all-you-can-eat lunch, and very reasonable Italian options, including good pizza at night. Staff is very attentive, and the contemporary, casual interiors are pleasant and cheerful as Italian places generally are in Brazil; the neighborhood is not unsafe, although the channel right across the street somewhat spoils the location, particularly in very hot days.

Excelente carta de vinhos, almoço self service e jantar a lacart, pizzas. massas e carnes deliciosas
Ate here twice during some business travel in Recife. The overall atmosphere and service were outstanding! The food was excellent and well worth multiple visits. Stick with the home made pasta dishes, as well as the hand made pizzas. Stop in and you won't be disappointed.

The ambience was very nice, food also and wine was a proper international wine. It's not far from city center and the service was good.

Almost at the frontier between "Pina" and "Boa Viagem" quarters in Recife, and not far from the beach, you will find "Trattoria Toscana". At a cozy atmosphere, with nice décor, romantic lighting and friendly service, this restaurant brings Italian contemporary cuisine to Recife's gastronomy scene! Reservations are recommended at all times, as it gets quite busy oftenly. Delicious and tasty dishes at mid-range prices. A nice wine list completes the scene. Bon Appétit!

This restaurant recently moved to a new location, close to the previous site, but this was not updated on Google Maps (it's correct on this site). After several minutes of driving and walking we found the restaurant and were able to maintain our lunch reservation after explaining to the maitre that our delay was caused by the change of address. Lunch reservations are normally held until 12:30. After seating, Rogerio, our waiter/manager was extremely helpful with choosing lunch options. The executive lunch menu (see photo below) is varied and includes an appetizer, main course and dessert, a good value. However, they change the options every two weeks so it may be out of date when you read this review. The dishes I ordered (see photos) were all tasty, especially the dessert - "bolo de rolo" with ice cream. The other members of my family order ravioli, with different fillings and these were also well prepared and tasty. Overall a good dining experience.

The Nez Bistro is a French-Italian restaurant located in the district of Casa Forte/Recife. Opened in December 2007, works in a townhouse of the seventeenth century.
Ate there while in town for the holidays with a family friend. It was a Wednesday evening around 9pm and it was fairly crowded, though the area upstairs was less so. First, the building itself has a lot of character and simply arriving makes you excited about eating there (particularly given the number one TA rating). The crowd was definitely upscale, suggesting it is the "it" place in town to be seen. There is definitely a wine focus for this restaurant (Nez means "nose" in French), with bottles lining the walls. I was not overly impressed with the diversity of wine, but we found a good bottle to enjoy. We shared the bacalhau appetizer, which was better than I have had in the past. I had the filet au poivre entree, which was much different than I am used to in the US - not spicy at all and fairly sweet, almost like American barbecue sauce. It was good, but the meat was not as soft as I would have hoped for in a filet mignon. We shared the apple pie dessert and it was delicious. The service was just ok - nothing wrong really, just that our server was not as present as I would have liked him to be. Overall I would definitely go back, but I would try a different entree.

We have decided that the best way to describe us is trough the eyes and opinion of our customer, like this one here: "I am speechless on how to describe the food in this restaurant. It sticks to ones mind and memory forever. We left the Restaurant Pomodor
I had been there in other occasions and I found that: when the "antipasto" table is better than main course anything is really wrong.
