There are several excellent ice-cream parlors in Rafaela, but I consider "Helados Cantabria" to be the very best in the city. It's the whole package: incredible hand-made ice-cream (no industrial processes at all and high-quality ingredients) and a very relaxing back garden full of plants and trees to sit down and just chill while savouring your treat. It's specially great to go there for a romantic evening, as they also make alcoholic & non-alcoholic drinks with ice-cream in a shack in the back garden and it's beautifully lit for a great atmosphere, so it's a killer combo! You don't wanna miss it!!
