Find out what Italian restaurants to try in Province of Granada. There’s an Arabic inscription that captures the essence of Granada in a few words: “There is nothing so sad as to be blind in Granada.” The perspicacity of this declaration becomes obvious as soon as you penetrate the austere walls of the Alhambra and take in the full majesty of the architecture, carvings and fountains of the Nasrid palaces. Your ticket (which should be bought well in advance following the instructions on the attraction’s website) also affords entry to the Renaissance Palace of Carlos V and to the exquisite gardens of the Generalife. If you are celebrating a special event, or are in the market for a splurge, you can stay in the lovely Parador, right on site. Make your way down into the city via the atmospheric old quarter of the Albaicin, with its tiny craft shops and restaurants, and head for the Cathedral and Royal Chapel. Also plan a visit to the crypt for the tombs of Ferdinand and Isabella, the instigators of Spain’s imperial adventures to the New World and beyond. It’s worth making the short journey out of town to visit the Monasterio Cartuja, a fabulous Carthusian monastery in the baroque style. Admirers of the poet Lorca should make the effort to visit the Casa-Museo Federico Garcia Lorca in Fuente Vaqueros, about 11 miles from the city centre.

Just visited after finding them on here. Its a small takeaway place that looks pretty average but the pizza...ahh...drool...light and crispy, oozy, makes you feel woozy lol. Too good. After a tiring visit to alhambra this was just the pick me up we needed. Half a metre cost us 16 euro and they gave us a little extra so it ended up being about 80cm cue the obligatory instagram pic to make my friends drool too, priceless...Grazie MilleThank you

Dinner in most restaurants starts late - at 8:30. We had kids and showed up at 8 and they accommodated us. Really great food for us and for the kids. And quick too. Very hard to get a reservation though. Generally very crowded. Highly Recommended!

Having read the positive reviews, I decided to give this establishment a try. Ordered a takeaway Jamon Serrano pizza. The place was busy, most people having a takeaway. Friendly service, fast and efficient. Brought the pizza back to the hotel room, where my girlfriend and I devoured it. Delicious. Definitely lives up to the reviews. Highly recommend Bella Ciao Pizzeria. On a Monday, all of their Classic pizzas are only 5 Euros, very good value.

Our first visit to this Italian restaurant was a real treat the food and service was great and all at a reasonable price. We were only having salmon linguini but were given some fresh bread sticks with a melted cheese dip which was delicious. The pasta was excellent followed by a super chocolate brownie. The only issue is on our second visit the TVs were up at full volume for the football and conversation was nearly impossible.

Italian restaurant. All homemade by the Italian Chef. Fresh pasta, Risotto, Meet, Fish, Seafood and the best deserts. Food for coeliacs and vegetarians
The restaurant Divino can be summarized as âthe perfect combination of delicious Italian food and outstanding, friendly serviceâ.Notwithstanding the several tasks keeping him busy in the kitchen, the chef Marco Frontani is always available to tell you some story about his menu: how the fresh pastas are done or how he prepares his own mozzarella. Divino offers traditional Italian recipes with a twist of newness and a great attention to the right ingredients as far as freshness and provenance are concerned.A little Italian gem along the Genil river that will enrich your experience of stunning Granada with a touch of taste. FrancoFranco, thank you for leaving your experience with us on tripadvisor.Good bye and Arrivederci.

Maria's is a small unassuming cafe/ restaurant near the cathedral. Only 3 or 4 tables and bar stools. The food was incredible; I had the home made lasagne which had a lovely bechamel sauce and was so creamy with lots of cheese absolutley delicious. My friend had the vegetarian lasagne with spinach and zucchini which was equally as good. I had a sicilian lemon tart for desert and it was the best tart I have ever had - so lemony- better than any I have had in Sicily. The house wine was really good; crisp and fresh a really good Italian white wine. A fabulous meal very cheap less than 40 euros for 2 for 2 courses and wine - Maria was a lovely host and it was like sitting in someones sitting room in Italy. Awesome.

The italian cuisine in granada. Mozzarelle, burrate, ricotta handmade. Fresh pasta, lasagna, wine and typical italian products
We went to Cacho & Pepe at the recommendation of other reviews at TripAdvisor & we were not disappointed. The food made here is homemade, delicious & very fresh. The owners are friendly & very accommodating. After 2 weeks of eating dinners in restaurants, we took our food back to our hotel room to enjoy as this is a take-away or take-out place with only two small tables if you prefer to dine in. Like other reviewers, we can highly recommend this restaurant.
