Da Tarquinio Italian Bistro you can find the true and traditional Italian environment. All our products are imported from Italy and everything is cooked according to the original Italian receipt.
Rainy evening in Vaclavske Namesti. We would like to dine in the Turkish restaurant just next Tarquinio but itâs completely full and we donât have a reservation. Weâre a bit disappointed but itâs our mistake. We decide to enter Tarquinio. We immediately hear the owner, heâs from Rome and realize of a friendly atmosphere. We order pizza (they make it pinsa here, after an ancient Roman recipe): all the three of us were amazed, we didnât expect to eat like in Rome in one of the busiest and most touristic spots in Prague. We end with a delicious home-made ice-cream, among the plenty of Italian desserts available. Definitely advisable if youâre in Prague and you like authentic Italian food.

Signor In Cucina is a boutique seafood restaurant & bar in the heart of Prague few steps from the National theatre. In our comfortable atmosphere, you will enjoy simply prepared fresh seafood paired with select international wines that perfectly suit our
I would have to say the service was awesome, but thatâs about it. Overall, it was over priced. The olives were passed the expiration date based on how it looked & tastes. The scallops were tender and the mussels were over cooked, but both needed seasoning. I wouldnât recommend with all the other Mediterranean option out there. Dear Rochelap, thank you very much for your review. It is absolutely not possible that olives were passed the expiration. Every food is controlled very well by the chef and by the restaurant manager. About the seafood remember still if you visit some place where any kind of seafood is hardly seasonad for example with garlic, etc, the product is usually old. The seafood should still keep natural taste. Anyway thank you very much for your review. Best Regards, Josef RychlýRestaurant manager

We made a spontaneous reservation after reading some great reviews about this place.. And we were definitely happy about our decision. Ivan is literally the best waiter in Prague and makes your evening fun and enjoyable. The food is super well presented and delicious. Prices are a bit higher than normal, but worth it for a special evening. Really recommend it! FYI: you need to make a reservation in advance.

Very high-quality Italian food, exclusive products sourced directly from our own network in Italy, top-quality wine offer with original and rare proposals from prestigious Italian wineries. We know personally the winemakers and bring you their products st
Simone and her husband found the perfect answer to that question: you open a restaurant, hire an excellent cook, only purchase first class products and make your "customers" welcome. L´Equilibrista is tucked away in a quiet street, in a residential area about 15 minutes from the old town. In the summer you can eat al fresco on the street, or walk down a few steps and discover the real restaurant, stylish, not snobbish. Food is Italian, really Italian not the bland export that passes for Italian. Portions are human size, not the microscopic version favoured by too many of the starred restaurants. Wines only a worth the visit. Highly recommended. They are doing an excellent balancing act :-)). I´d go back any time I am in Prague.

with just 12 seats in total this wine and tapas style bistro offers South Italian and Moravian wines (more then 4O by glass) , cold and warm tapas and cosy friendly atmosphere in the heart of historical city
Saw all the good reviews and they were well deserved. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who advised on wine choice and a limited but tasty menu. We booked and got the last table, but there are only about 5 so good job we rang ahead! It looks nothing from the outside, but obviously does well on word of mouth as it was packed the whole time were there and lots of people were turned away. It was a very enjoyable and inexpensive experience.

We apologize, closed till 2.9.2019. We are small family run pizza fast food place. The best is to come for take away pizza, but we have also very limited seating capacity if you wish to eat your pizza in.
The pizzas we had were hot and flavorful and they accepted our Euros because we didnât have an opportunity to exchange money yet. They were very honest with their rates and the food was very comforting for a warm stay in the hotel.

Quality combined with simplicity. Czech ingredients. This combination creates an unforgettable experience in the heart of the historical part of Prague in Smetana Restaurant, along with a magnificent view.
Our hotel was around the corner from this place. We walked by at different times of day and there were rarely any people sitting outside and only a few inside. There are 2 parts to this restaurant [fine dining and a pizza takeaway] and if you count the hotel part, three. We decided to give the fine dining part a go and sit outside. The waiter was full of smart remarks and attitude plus he couldn't really care if it was busy or not - his words. I ordered a prawn salad and my friend some pasta [and fries which she never got, as he didn't write it down]. My prawns were so over cooked they were mush, then there were the heads on top, 2 tomatoes and rocket were all there was to this tasteless, overpriced meal with a lemonade. I paid 550Kr and a tip was expected too. My friend's pastas was also tasteless and of a very basic standard, not what is expected of fine dining. Interesting side note - while we sat there a storm came. One table had a group of 4 on it, they were asked to go inside, we were not and all around they cleared the tables. I really felt treated like a tourist. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.Dear guest,We are very sorry to see you had an unpleasant experience in our restaurant. We always try to exceed the expectation of our guests and we wish to create memorable experiences for each and every one of them. Unfortunately, set backs might occur, which can lead to guest satisfaction. We would like to make it up to you, and to change your impression of Smetana Restaurant as soon as possible. Will you be so kind and send us an email at [email protected]? We would love to reserve our best table for you and prove you we are true professionals. We are looking forward to hearing back from you!Warm regards,Pavel Barkman

The Menu of restaurant Elements is based on modern Italian cuisine, which keeps the most important character - simplicity and lightness. For perfect culinary experience, there is more than professional expertise of our cooks to be delivered. We believe th
This restaurant is amazing, the food is outstanding and the staff (especially David) went above and beyond for us.From the moment we entered the restaurant David went out of the way to welcome us, he was so attentive but not intrusive, and he convinced us to try new food and we are so glad he did.....wow, it was delicious! The wine choice we received was also excellent.Everything was perfect, we cannot say one negative thing about our visit and we will be back. In fact, I've already booked for my Manager/Team to dine there in a few weeks, they can't wait based on my feedback!!Dear Sandra H,thank you very much for your comment. You and your colleagues are very welcome come whenever. Our point is to pamper our guests and make them satisfied. We are really happy, that we fulfill your expectations. See you next time in ELEMENTS.Warmest Regards,Zuzana
