My Girlfriend and I visited this place because of the comments, we love Italian food and we go to Italy many weekends specially in Spring and summer. We also cook it ourselves and love its culture in general, not normally write ratings in tripadvisor but in this case we had to as hope that the restaurant reacts.The place is nice, service ok even if not fast, price kind of high, we payed 70 Eur 2 people without desserts and just a 12 Eur 0,5l wine bottle, its true thouth that both pizzas and pastas were available for 10 Eur but chose a couple of 15Eur dishes.The problem was the food! There was nothing that convinced us...antipasti which instead of some salamis, it was some very greasy combination of tapas? Tomato soup which was too sweet, 2 pasta dishes (15 Eur) which were boring and with no salt/flavor or even correct boiling time as per the texture..We could not eat the pasta and the antipasti made us feel sick the rest of the evening, we will not come back.Dear Mr. C, we are very pleased to receive your feedback because the feedback of our guests is very important to us. We are very sorry that you didnât enjoy your visit at our restaurant. Please know that we always try our very best to make sure that our guests have a pleasant stay and enjoy our food. We were on our way back to our hotel after visiting Neuschwanstein Castle and we're getting hungry. We took a random exit and came upon this gem of a restaurant. The server got across the point that he'd need some help from the chef (his wife) since he spoke little English - and we spoke less German! She turned out to be a pure joy! She went through and answered our questions and then went in the kitchen and created amazing dishes. We were full of dinner, but after she explained the desert choices, we had to share some. They are doing an amazing job!!

Wir wollten ein schönes Abendessen auf der Terrasse genieÃen, der Wirt spielte an seinem Computer. Es gab weder ein grüà Gott noch ein aufWiedersehen! Das essen überhaupt nicht gut,Fisch wässrig, Salat unappetitlich!Da passt alles zu dem etwas ungepflegten Wirt!

For me the best Italian restaurant in this area ( Bad Toelz/ Tegernsee ) Reasonable prices for the dishes offered. My recommendation take dishes from the daily menu. The quality and quantity is absolute top. The service is very friendly and the atmosphere is very stylish and cosy

Wir waren Sonntag Abend sehr früh da.Das Wetter lud zum drauÃen sitzen ein. Allerdings muss man hier ehrlich sagen: der Biergarten ist nicht sehr gemütlich und sauber. Es steht viel Unkraut und der gut gemeinte Kinderbereich müsste mal gründlich sauber gemacht werden.Schade sind auch die Plastik Möbel.Der Service war durch wachsen. Eine Dame war sehr freundlich und flink, wohin gegen die andere eher unmotiviert war.Die Pizza war ok, sie reiÃt einen nicht vom Hocker, hab aber schon deutlich schlechter gegessen. Das Kinderessen war sehr schnell da.Das Essen war gut. Ich denke, der Laden ist wegen der groÃen Portionen so beliebt.Wir würden nicht mehr extra deswegen hinfahren.

Wir waren hier zum Abendessen mit Freunden und haben den Lammtopf gegessen mit Käse sowie den Alexanders Kebap. Alles sehr lecker und wirklich hochwertig. Auch die Himbeer-Tiramisu war sehr lecker. Dazu gibt es Cocktails, die sich sehen lassen können. Ich bin mir sicher, diese Mischung aus Qualität, tollem Service und Vielfalt wird sich durchsetzen.

Good pizzeria in the center of the little town of Penzberg in Oberbayern. Pizza is very good, as well as other dishes from the italian cuisine. No need to book a table also in peak days. Fast and very kind service, prices are low.

The place is kind of odd, in the outskirts of a small town in Upper Bavaria, ca 40 min drive from Munich, yet, they really produce great food and the Pizza is absolutely gorgeous. We always felt welcome in this family style atmosphere and on warm days you can sit outside with some mountain view or -if open- in the beer garden beside the main building. In summary great and genuine Italian food - best for families and reservations highly reccommended as the place fills up quickly especially on weekends.
